Nurse “Amy” was Great to us. God bless her. Thank you. I’ve had 3 separate occasions where family members went under surgery and the hospital staff was great each time. Hospital looks cleaner , definitely it has improved.

I had my treatment for MS at Montefiore Nyack Hospital yesterday. Everyone their was so helpful. My doctor, Dr. Langston is great. He spends a lot of time with you, you never feel hurried. I always leave their with better insight to things that help me and his assistant, Todd was very helpful also, as well as, the girls in front. Infusion Center was great, the staff, cleanliness I would recommend this facility to all. Please get a Social worker or therapist back for the MS center, it does really help to have someone to talk with. Really think it's the only thing missing. Thank you, Therese Vaglio

From beginning to end every staff member was pleasant and professional and made me feel at ease. Received 2 followup calls the day after surgery from the hospital to check up on me and so did the doctor, he was excellent.

My recent surgery at Nyack Hospital went smoothly. My urologist did a great job. The nursing staff was very attentive and supportive. The administrative functions were handled timely and without incident. The entirety of the day went very well. I arrived at 6:30 AM for a surgery scheduled for 8:00 AM. By 1:30 PM I was released. The seven hours in between I was treated extremely well.

The intake process was very smooth and organized. I mentioned that I’m moving upstate and the woman researched some info to help me find medical practices associated with Montefiore. The bone density technician, Margery, was extremely kind and made the process quick. She explained all the steps along the way. Thanks all!

The ladies at the Breast Center are absolutely amazing. Everyone, is so kind and makes you feel comfortable and safe. Always a great experience when I go for my yearly visits.

I went in to infusion room outpatient for 3 days. My Drs worked together for me to get needed infusions. The staff from the desk then to nurses were excellent! Answering any concerns , professional yet big ❤’s. Comfortable, clean and very comfortable I was made to feel. Left there and felt like I had wonderful care. Thank you to all who made me feel well cared for, Drs and nurses , all staff there .

The staff here is like a breath of fresh air. They are all so kind from front desk to the nurse to the doctor. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment and not dreading to deal with rude people like in other facilities. Please keep up your hard work! We do appreciate it and it doesn’t go unnoticed! ✨

Nice and friendly staff. Things were running very efficiently, The nurse drawing blood was extremely quick and professional ( wish i would remember her name). Dr. Lomberg came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint!

I was having same day surgery at Nyack Hospital. Very clean. Was promptly taken in and prepped. Lots of follow up the next day from surgeon and nurse at hospital. It was a very comforting experience when you are dealing with a medical condition.

In 2022, I wrote a negative review on this facility for a issue that happened with my mother. This issue was bought to the attention of the proper administration and apology was issued. Short staffing played huge role but who am I to judge when it’s a worldwide issue. But Fast forward to 2023 after giving birth and being discharge I didn’t feel well and I quickly went to the ER not knowing that this hospital was going to save my life. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and lifesaving efforts provided by Nyack Hospital during my recent ordeal. What started as the joyous occasion of bringing a new life into the world took an unexpected turn when I developed postpartum preeclampsia. In this dire situation, Nyack Hospital proved to be a beacon of hope, delivering exemplary medical care and unwavering support that undoubtedly saved my life. Dr. Maria Emerson you saved my life ! I am forever grateful. I pray God continues to bless you to save more lives. To anyone in need of outstanding medical care during and after childbirth or any health crisis, I wholeheartedly recommend Nyack Hospital. They are not just a hospital; they are a haven where lives are saved, and miracles happen.

The hospital was clean and beautiful. When we arrived at registration, the staff was very friendly and made the process very easy. Every nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist and medical student were kind, caring and very helpful throughout my entire experience. The nurses in the recovery rooms were AMAZING. They, especially, were so patient, attentive and kind.

Jeanmarie was very kind and clear for my mammogram. The experience was as comfortable as it can be. The facility was very clean too. Also, the front desk was a person filling in but super helpful and even validated my parking. This is my 4th mammogram at 3 different facilities and I hope my insurance continues to cover because I will be coming back here.

My experience at Nyack Hospital for a nuclear stress test was a very good one. The staff were all very professionally performing their jobs. I am sorry but I can’t remember all of their names. They all did a great job.

Like in all my reviews….. I start by saying to do not review unless exceptional or horrible!! The first is the case with this hospital…. I am a grown women but have never had surgery and although I went in for a minor fractured finger I was scared..overwhelmed everything you feel at a hospital…. The staff { from the front desk security… to “ check in “ and recovery they were amazing ..kind ..understanding everything you would want the people who were taking care of you in a scary situation to be ….special thanks to my anesthesiologist my doctor Neal Shuran and literally every person I came across ( I think all women ) thanks again for all you do and making my experience less scary !!!

I waited a short reasonable time. Once taken to the procedure room, the nurses were professional, efficient and very polite.
Dr. Rakhlin was polite, professional and performed the surgical procedure, efficiently and painlessly.
I had a positive experience during my time at Nyack Hospital same Day Surgery.

Robotic knee surgery went very well. I had a private room on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the Hudson River. The Nurses and PCA’s are kind and wonderful. The hospital is very clean. Food was meh but i was only there overnight.

The staff at Cardiac Rehab are truly so very nice and helpful....felt very comforting being monitored the entire time....the place is spotless ...they wipe down all the equipment after each person uses....scheduling was great...even parking is taken care of. Highly recommend!
