Great experience with our salesman, Jose!! Super nice guy. Purchased a sofa set and chair. Was delivered today and delivery team was excellent!! The dogs are happy too as they can access the couch easily.

What a great sales experience I had at Raymour and Flanigan! My sales person, Cindy, was so knowledgeable about the couch I was interested in. She was very helpful assisting me in choosing the exact configuration of my sectional, and a great help with fabric choices. I will definitely return when I need other furniture.

The salesmen was very friendly and professional. He new the product and explained its features completely. He showed us the items we were interested in and stepped away to allow us to investigate and try them out. The entire experience was excellent.

I had put down a deposit on furniture and then saw there was a 20% off sale. I called my salesperson, and he updated my receipt and honored the sale. It was so simple I sent an email he called me back did the adjustment and sent me the updated invoice! I so appreciative that he expediated my request as we are all so busy and this just reduces my 'to do' list.

We were treated professionally and the sales people were not pushy. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable of different design styles. He also knew the floor layout of the store well and so was able to direct us right away to what we were looking for.
