Boot barn

They were very helpful with finding everything, knowledgeable of their products and how to treat my leather boots. When I went back do to a boot problem they worked with me and we found out that my foot was actually swollen. I have severe arthritis

First time in this store & wow! Made me want to turn on Yellowstone. Some beautiful jackets, shirt sweaters for men & woman. So many boots to choose from. Children's items. So a little of everything with a western twist. Also a big plus, The ladies that were working, were so nice!! They didn't make you feel like you were inconvenience, asking for help. Found a beautiful mans reversable jacket & nice shirt. I definitely will be back :-)

Yesterday I went there to buy some boots. This store has such huge amount of boots. I loved to spend time there and to see all these boots. And the workers there are just "wow"! They are so kind and lovely. Two ladies took care of me because it was the first time that I bought western boots. They explained me everything, how I should take care of my boots, how my feet should fit and feel in these boots. Just everything! From time to time they check on me if I am alright, while I was checking boots out. It was a fantastic experience! Thanks for helping me and I am happy to bring my first western boots to Germany! 😊

Awesome store. I walked in needed help finding specific boots. A man met me at the door asking if needed help. He was very friendly and helpful. He knew were the boots I needed were and somehow guessed my correct size as well.

Erie location was great experience and the ladies their were extra helpful and courteous. Boots are a bit on the hefty price tag but you certainly get what you pay for here. Boots, clothing its top-notch.

Bring your wallet!! Not saying this as a bad thing, your getting what you pay for and there's something to be said for that! Make sure if someone helps you that you mention their name at checkout. Great folks in this location for sure!!

Absolutely a wonderful experience, my older son got the work boots he had been looking for,My 1 year old Grandson got his first pair of Cowboy boots, and I found a pair of Miranda Lambert Jean's I fell in love with..I am definitely going back..found a dress I loved but they did not have my size..I give it 5 out of 5...

This store is so beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly and very helpful! We were helped with a special order right on the spot when they didn’t carry my size in a short. So glad you’re in Erie, PA!

I was very impressed with their selection of clothing in the hats as well as cowboy and cowgirl boots. I thought it was going to be boots only and when I walked in and saw their selection of clothing, belts and hats I was pleasantly surprised.
