Best Buy

Had not been there for years but we very happy to see the place has been refreshed and looks amazing inside. Tons of items are out of boxes and on display unlike most big box stores. I was after a portable battery system that can charge then power items while out and about for the day. They had great options in stock. Walmart, Home Depot and Lowe’s all lacked the items I was after but I found it at Best Buy and for a great price!

Almost most types of cameras, lenses and other accessories are available in this branch. The store staff have sufficient information about the equipments and they allocate enough time for the customer to choose the desired item.

This is an awesome Besy buy. Biggest I have been to. Big selection and high end appliances.

Good but when I went to The geek squad about my Acer Chromebook not charging they took it to the back and just said well there's nothing wrong with the computer and then I was left figuring out a way to make my charger work

Update: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because the last time I went I was helped by another person and he sent it to the repair shop. They didn't find any issues but it's nice to finally feel like it will go somewhere.

Had good prices on portable air conditioners (Insignia).

I was looking for great options on a laptop that I need for classes and work, and the associates who assisted me gave me exactly what I was looking for, and were incredibly patient with my questions.

I always have a good experience at Best Buy. The employees are always welcoming and knowledgeable.

Very helpful staff. Especially the Samsung salesmen, I wasn't even going to buy a Samsung but he was really nice 🙂

I bought earbuds and they didn't work and I took them back and there was no issue. I appreciated it!

This Best Buy seems to be a little more stocked than some. The folks working there were mostly friendly. The store was clean. The corporation is prioritizing the larger stores with more inventory as they were loaded up with 11th Gen I7s, Corsair cases, PSUs, and RAM. They even had an AMD 5800x in the case. Probably more than your local store. Landed this 3070 at MSRP!

This is one of my more favorite go to spots! Plenty of Parking! The Staff is much better at this store than the rest! I had someone take the time to run and check to see if they had a certain video game that you had 2 in stock left. Somehow he found it! That really meant a lot to me that he actually did that! I work in retail so I understand what it's like out there. And now these days it's hard to just get good service. So when you get GREAT service. I give kudos where it's due! I wish I knew his name because he deserves to be recognize. He was short and dark hair that works by the computers and video games. I felt like he legit cared that I wanted that game really bad! Went above and beyond! Everyone from the cashiers to the Loss Prevention at the door. Make you feel good like your a person they know! The store is clean as well as the restrooms. Great fast check out. Returns is the same way. Computers to samsung. Everyone on this team is dedicated in every way. And you can feel the atmosphere of the work place. Me having Assistant manager background. Knows they run a tight ship. But a fun ship. Whatever management is doing. From a customer point of view. Great job. Thank you for making me feel welcomed!

The customer service is the best out of any best buy I have been too

The service here is always great. There seems to be always be someone floating around who can help you with things or get the right person to help you.

I mentioned to the team members I came across as I headed for the exit, but I need to make it known. Jordan, in PCs, was exactly what I want to experience when I walk into a store, ANY STORE.
they let me walk around until I settled in an area, real quick said, would you like some help or do you have any questions, I said na im good thanks, and they left me alone. But stayed around, so when I did have 10,000 questions they were there to help me. Spent 20 mins explaining Tech membership cause im kinda stupid and wasnt getting it. They stayed friendly and even tried to blame themselves so I didn't feel bad. I was having a garbage day, and I left smiling and happy, and that carried forward into my real life. Jordan, I hope you see this. I appreciate you. Thanks for being an awesome human. Its people like you that Best Buy gets to piggy back off of and say they are awesome. But its you my friend who are awesome.

I'm a frequent customer here and this location is a great representative of the brand. There are lots of knowledge staff who will greet you from the moment you enter the store.

My daughter and I just had a great experience at Best Buy in Oceanside. Our sales person Elwin was excellent. He greeted us immediately when we got to the camera section. He was very thorough in reviewing the options. His style was very friendly but professional. He looked up and found the information that he didn’t know and and was never pushy in his delivery. Great job Best Buy management in hiring Elwin! Hopefully he’ll be rewarded for being an excellent employee!!!

The installers in at the car audio install bay are great. Very professional and nice. Beware that when you purchase a car stereo and schedule the appointment, YOU, the client need to also know the how to order up the additional items needed for installation. I found this to be a little ridiculous but once the parts were ordered the installation was great.

There was staff member named Elmer who went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I need in a professional and kind manner. Came to purchase camera equipment and was given a warm welcome and some of the best service I have ever received at a technology store. Thanks to Elmer!

Super helpful associate! We came to purchase two TV’s and were in and out in just a few minutes. The associate even put the TV’s on a cart for us. A+ and courteous.
