Derb E Cigs Vapor Store

This place is amazing. I've been using them for deliveries and they are always top notch. Definitely the best place I've ever used. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

I didn't even know these guys were so close to me. I have been using disposable vapes for awhile now and finally upgraded to a rig. Joshua was great he was very informative and had great knowledge. I was just getting into it and didn't know much, but I walked out with a new rig and great knowledge of what I was doing. They really go the extra mile, and I will for sure be back!

5 stars for sure, excellent service , very informative of the options you have that cater to your taste, great prices too, very friendly and understanding of concerns , it's ben 2 or 3 days and I'm very happy and pleased with my device , they new exactly what I needed and I got a 10% discount for being a new customer. Have been a long time customer at this store props to the man behind the counter on christmas eve trying to help every one who walks through the door. Came in a little after 6pm tonight and he was more than happy to help me out even tho he had already closed up shop so props to you guys and your employees for going above and beyond

Great customer service and very helpful info. Honeslty just an all around good experience with the people that work there. There patient and they dont push you into anything you dont want but they will obviously give you some suggestions witch is nice

I absolutely love Derb. Their customer service is stellar, their juice bar is the best in the business, they know their stuff. I always go to the Outer Loop location. Its the ONLY shop I will go to. The manager of that location, Jordan is so friendly and nice. He knows me by name and is always so warm and welcoming. They continuously update their inventory with the latest mods, tanks, and juices and are very knowledgeable about all products they offer. I strongly recommend Derb to everyone. They are the BEST.

Both of the clerks in today were amazing.

They helped me (a unknowledgeable about vape person) find something to try within my price range. They were also very helpful in showing how to operate the device and gave me troubleshooting solutions to apparent common problems.

They did all that while recommending an option that was well within my budget and I know when, not if, I decided to spend more money on vaping I'll be going back to this specific location.

The more senior clerk was training well by giving the newer clerk the freedom to speak while giving interjections when he was more knowledgeable from experience.

If any management happens to see this I would speak highly of both clerks as they created a comfortable and knowledgeable environment.

Alex is extremely knowledgeable, very helpful with all of our questions (me/wife.) Will definitely be back. Did not feel like I was annoying him or wasting his time like some other shops nearby. 100% recommend people to go here.

if you want good courteous customer service then I advise Derby City I have had them stay after hours for more than 2 hours to help me with an issue on more than one occasion. They have a very big variety of really good juices. I have spent a lot of money there and most of it has been well worth it I've gotten home with a couple of juices I really didn't care for but hey that's how it goes. Like I said if you want someone who will help you if your mod has an issue or your tank is leaking this is the place to go they're always eager to help. The first time I went there and bought my mod he stayed after two hours helping me get everything together I could not believe it I don't know anyone else that would do that especially when he was not getting paid for it. And again they have some really good juices. I would recommend this store to anyone. My only complaint is is they don't have enough mods Tucci's firm in my opinion but that's just my opinion I hate having to go down the street to Vapor lab to buy a mod I feel like I am being disloyal to Derby City because they are always good to me. But if I want a mod and they do not carry it I have no choice but to go elsewhere. I can't stand Vapor lab but one thing they do have is a huge selection in mods. Would recommend Derby City to anyone

I always have a great experience, however its not just the product its the staff. Cody and Daniel are knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of premium juices and hardware. Just to be clear though BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! I have high standards because thats what i do for a living as a customer service manger in the automotive field. If you want to quit cigarettes the good people at Derb have what you need.

Went to Derb E on Outer Loop after a horrible customer service experience at another shop just down the road.
The guy there (I think it was Jordan, but not positive) was really helpful, and walked me through all the different types of juices, even making recommendations on which ones to get. Will always go back when I need more juice or accessories.

First off the manager, Alex, is one of the friendliest, knowledgable, and truly helpful people ive ever met. He doesnt rush anyone to make a decision. I told him on my first visit í wanted a strawberry flavor, and he gave me about 9 different choices and was able to explain the flavor profile of each one, in great detail! Ive been shopping at the same vape store for the last 6 years and have literally tried every juice they had to offer. Naturally i got bored. I decided to try DERB-E-CIGS, and had my mind literally blown. Their juice flavors are more flavorful than anything ive ever vaped, and ive been vaping for about 8 years. Im on my 6th different flavor now and i have truly enjoyed each one, and ive even tried flavors i didnt think i would like, and was very deeply satisfied. This store has a new loyal customer with me.

My favorite vape shop. The guys that work in here are super helpful, knowledgeable and after only a couple times going in, they remembered the juice I get.

Everyone is very knowledgeable! I can walk in and say what flavor I'm craving and I'm giving at least three choices right away. They also know all the different mods and tanks, new or old.

Very knowledgeable guy. Showed me available options and took his tome to set me up accordingly with what I wanted and budget. Will definitely visit again. Good people.

The Jtown location is by far my favorite, Middletown is a close second. Was pleasantly surprised to find a location on Outer Loop which was extremely convenient that day. Hands down my favorite chain of stores for my vape supplies. I've not met a more friendly staff that cares so much about their customers in all of my years as a consumer in general.

I broke my tank right before they closed. I called and Anthony stayed a few extra minutes so I could come buy a replacement. Can't beat that service.

Great place for vape stuff. Competitive prices, awesome staff to talk with, and a good place to chill for a bit. By far my favorite vape store out of the dozen+ I've been to in multiple states.
