From the time I walked in the door until the time I left I was treated with great Customer Service. All the sales reps greeted me when I walked in. Michael was the representative that assisted me with my questions. He was very explanatory and kind. I definitely will be back

I had a terrible experience with the 800#. Had to go to the store. And then there was Brie who came to my rescue 10 mins before close. ****Brie is smart, awesome, friendly, went the extra mile. Thank you Brie!!!! ****. If you want excellent service ask for Brie!

I don’t replace my cell phones often; it’s always a learning experience when I do. New phone features and benefits, pros and cons of various service plans, and the most cost effective way to meet my needs. It’s more than I care to navigate by myself!! I found Lance to be patient, knowledgeable, and helpful as I worked through all these details. Two key questions when I evaluate any kind of service support - would I do it all over again, and would I recommend them to a friend? Yes, and Yes!

We visited the store with a replacement phone because the one we owned was damaged. It wasn't a sale it customer service. Outstanding customer service might I add!! We have 6 phones on our account and was paying quite a bit of money monthly. We asked her to see if there waa any way we could get that monthly payment down. She pointed out that 3 of the phones had balances on them and if we were willing to pay them off it would cut oue monrhly payment in half which we did. Needless we left the store with a smile on our face!! HAPPY CUSTOMER

This AT&T store has the BEST customer service! I wish I could remember the manager's name but he as well as Malik are amazing and so helpful!
I'll never go to another store again.

My kids and I was very excited about switching to AT&T and getting a new family plan for the new year. We had a great customer service experience. Mariana was very helpful and knowledgeable and was with us throughout the process. She is so awesome! We are enjoying our new IPhones and new service. Thank you so much!!!

An employee here assisted me with setting me up with a new phone plan and Apple Watch. I asked him about my plan by repeating it to him and he responded by saying “period”. I knew I was getting the best service possible at that moment.

I had such a great experience here. I worked with Kelly, who helped me understand my options and explained my new favorite phone so thoroughly. Additionally, both Kelly and another associate, TJ, made the process even more enjoyable with their tech knowledge and friendly personalities. The employees here are AMAZING! I was having problems with my phone so I went to AT&T to get help and everyone was so nice and explained things in a way that made sense, especially to someone who doesn't know anything about technology! I'll be sure go back to this store whenever I have tech problems in the future.

I broke my phone and was jumping through hoops with Asurion trying to file an insurance claim until I walked into AT&T’s Lawrenceville location where Joshua helped me out tremendously! He was able to get everything sorted out and get me upgraded to a new IPhone 13 Pro and I love it, thank you Joshua!

I’m not really a the type to write reviews but i just has to write one for AT&T ! Only thing I can say GREAT GREAT customer service! Ms. Logan helped me out so much and her service was just excellent. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful and my first time experience was honestly awesome. I’m glad that I made the decision of switching ! My friend and I are now enjoying our new iPhones 👍
