Jesse was absolutely amazing when i was there last week. I needed a new gaming chair ASAP for my son’s 20th birthday and he knew just what i was looking for. He was very insightful and helped me make the right decision. If ANYONE, especially us hispanic folk, needs help, Jesse is the one to ask. Jesse helped me carry the box out to the car without me even asking him to. A modern gentleman. I tried to invite him over for some baked sweets, but he said that he couldn't leave during his shift. But that is my only complaint. I dont often leave reviews but Jesse was worth it. I wish my son could learn a lesson or two from him. I will be sure to recommend all my gals to this store. I will also bring sweets over here for Jesse.

I come here often to send stuff off for Ebay and my man Jesse is always super helpful and patient. He has truly helped me out of some jams. I wish all customer service people could ne as positive and professional as him. I will always come back to this location for that reason.

Jessi in the printing department was FANTASTIC!! He helped me print out 5x7 card stock prints, and he was so patient, helpful, and just really made the whole process so seamless! So glad I came here because I couldn't have done it without him! I'll definitely be back! Thank you!!

I tried to order on line because the item was cheaper and it would not process so I went in store and the item was there and rep was able to price match online so that made me happy and she was very nice about it.

I was able to find what I needed, in this well stocked Office Depot, but what really stood out to me was the willingness of Darryl to answer my question, and direct me to what I needed. Then I went to the register to check out. I was greeted by Yusra, who is by far the sweetest and friendliest person I’ve been greeted by in any environment. Simply exceptional at her job. I would drive out of my way to be checked out by this young lady because she makes everyone feel like their business is super important! Wow.

Visited store 4/13/23 to check on print order. Store clerk Shawna was on duty...with 2 customers at the print desk and 3 waiting in line. Shawna’s entire demeanor… starting with the tone of voice when speaking with customers, was warm, professional and courteous and engaging. While attending to customers at the print desk, Shawna was also mindful of customers in-line. She queried customers to see if their need for assistance could be handled thru the store’s self-service kiosk, etc. At a time in society where customer service is minimal at best, observing Shawna helped me remember what “real” customer service felt like, looked like and sounded like and how it made me feel. My short interactions with her helped to improve my attitude and caused me to be more mindful of how my tone of voice and personal interactions shape how others perceive me. Incidentally, my print order was precisely as requested and ready for pickup. THANK YOU SHAWNA

Awesome experience! I needed to purchase two desk. They had gone off sale the day before, but they offered Amazon price match! Associate Kevion was the best and ensured my purchase was smooth

Great store. I had almost thought that the era of office supply stores had completely past. I am glad it hasn't. This location has anything and everything you could need surrounding school life, work life, and even home computing. They also have some awesome computer chairs.

I purchased a Royal cash register. Got it back to my location. Tried everything to make it work. Should’ve listened to the reviews. Took it back the next day, exchanged it for the next better register. The transaction was fast and easy. The employees were super helpful. I didn’t get the young mans name that helped me, but the cashiers name is Mary and she was so nice.

Excellent experience on my recent visit at OfficeDepot in Lawrencevile. Met a wonderful young woman who assisted me with coil binding. Very cordial, friendly and made sure I was satisfied with her work. I don’t remember her name.

This staff is awesome! They are patient and extremely knowledgeable! You go in thinking, I should know this but the staff loves to help and they don’t make you feel crazy!!!

I’m probably gonna switch from Staples to Office Depot just from my recent encounters!!
