The team from The Shade Store in Lake Forest did a fantastic job helping us select the right product and configuration for our home. We were particularly pleased with how our sales representative, Marissa Pellegrini, and the measurement associates came up with a track and panel combination that complemented the French doors. The support staff kept us fully informed all the through the day of installation, and the installer made sure everything was the way we expected. We highly recommend The Shade Store.

What a joy The Shade Store was to work with. We had ceiling to floor drapes made for our living room picture window. We were given helpful expert advice through the entire process. Everyone was so generous with their time and advice. Materials arrived in a timely manner, installation was flawless. The material is quite wonderful. If only we had more windows!

In these days when there are reviews for everything it becomes simply background noise to be asked to constantly write reviews that seem mediocre at best. This is not one of those reviews!

What a great team and experience we had with The Shade Store! Starting with my very first online chat with Marissa to full support and high level of detail and follow through every step of the way.

Being out of the country and having to schedule everything on very short trips back to the US made timing and the logistics of measuring and install very tricky. Marissa and each of the installers were not only on top of everything throughout they were all wonderful to work with- professional, courteous and very together in every detail.

We ended up with 2 of our blinds being the wrong size and one cosmetic cover plate was damaged in shipment. The installer team had already given Marissa the full details and confirmed new measurements and the replacement items had already been re-ordered by the time I was able to call her an hour later. The finished blinds are wonderful, look fantastic and work beautifully. The installation of all 7 wood blinds was top notch.

Thank you Marissa and team for all your help and great support throughout this whole process. It has been really great to work with all of you on this. Your extra steps in customer support are very much appreciated!

What a hidden gem in our little town! Gorgeous fabrics, simple, classic window treatment options and turnkey, knowledgeable service. Love my roller shade. Most window treatment shopping experiences are confusing and don't have high quality fabrics and options...The Shade Store changed that for me!
