The store is small but good for everyday necessities if you need something quickly. The reason I rated it five stars though is the cashier that helped me tonight. (I didn't catch her name but it was July 17th around 8:15 pm. She had brown shoulder length hair.) She was just the sweetest and even though you could tell she looked tired, she still was so friendly and upbeat. It was refreshing. They're very lucky to have her!

Melina at Walgreens is amazing! I started taking a prescription that is made by a different manufacturer and wasn’t working the same as my previous prescription, she called my prior pharmacy and wouldn’t hang up until my prescription was straight. I need this medication to sleep and Melina wouldn’t give up until the problem was solved! I can now sleep peacefully again! Thanks Melina!

If you need some quick lunch stuff, they sell it, however the staff can either be really nice or not so pleasant.

Agreed regarding the pharmacy staff - generally quite rude although a few of the team members are pleasant and helpful enough.

Terrible pharmacy service, very lazy and unprofessional staff. They hate doing their jobs- tell lies that it takes hours to transfer a prescription from another Walgreens, even though it's a few minutes process. They are very unhappy to administer vaccines- stating they are very busy and I should pick another date. They are the worst pharmacy experience I have ever seen. I would appreciate if they would change completely before they will screw up someone else health and life.

Just moved back to LF from the city and it was surprising to experience such terrible service in comparison to Walgreens in Humboldt park. The pharmacists are impossible to get a hold of over the phone and when we had separate instances of delays due to insurance and a dr sending in incorrect dosage amounts, there was no notification or communication to rectify the situation. When we went into the store, there was attitude and an overall lack of care from the pharmacy team. Our family has had multiple frustrating experiences and will not be coming back.

Sophia is the worst pharmacy tech I have ever dealt with. Rude and unprofessional. This pharmacy fills prescriptions well but their tech staff are terrible! Drop the attitudes!!

The young pharmacist is so unpleasant… for no reason. I’m aware of her so I thought okay, I’m gonna be extra nice and smiling and see. Well, totally not worth it. She couldn’t care less, almost even rude. She even shows signs of impatience when I was getting my credit card. So unhelpful. Life is short, put a smile on your face. If you don’t want to do that job, go get another one… I’m thinking of changing pharmacy even though this one is convenient…

Terrible service at the Pharmacy. When you hold to speak to a pharmacist, they keep putting you on hold without asking you to hold and then after 20 mins they finally hang up on you. I'd rather call my Doctor's office and get the Rx transferred to Mariano's Bannockburn, where they don't do this to patients/customers.

Experience with the pharmacy in this location has always been terrible, but today it is the worst! This pharmacy assistant Sophia is extremely rude, we definitely will never come back to this Walgreens.

The pharmacist with red hair took her attitude out of me after dealing with a difficult customer. I was trying to be nice and she wasn't helpful at all. She gave me extreme attitude like I was dumb and should know medicinal procedures.

Been on hold to speak to a pharmacist for 15+ mins. Tried calling earlier and was transferred to 2 different people while trying to get through to a pharmacist and then was on hold for so long waiting for the pharmacist, I gave up.
