Beautiful clothing esp blouses and tops but expensive so look for sales. Clerk took a return for me just great. Lovely shop!

They have nice clothes, but if you are a plus size, you need to shop elsewhere.

It's clear that the staff at Talbot's in Lake Forest needs to be better trained in providing quality customer service. No one should ever be made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable while shopping, especially by the very people who are supposed to be helping them find what they need.

The condescending looks and attitudes of the staff made me feel like I wasn't welcome in the store and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. It's a shame that a store that is known for quality products and customer service would treat their customers in such a way.

If Talbot's in Lake Forest wants to keep their customers coming back, they need to take a hard look at the way they train their staff. Every customer should be treated with respect and dignity and heck even a welcome smile. Until they make significant improvements in their customer service, I cannot recommend shopping at this location and will drive to another location simply to avoid the negative feeling here.
