Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I walked in with questions and the gentleman who helped me found the right product for my project right away and was super nice. The paint I purchased was so easily applied and I am very happy with how it looks.

I wanted to thank the manager of this store for her amazing act of kindness and outstanding customer service. I came in at wits end after a week of trying to paint our rental for new tenants by the 1st. I was sold "contractor grade" paint which was requiring a 3rd coat on some areas like our ceiling. It just looked blochy and unprofessional. I could see every imperfection. I brought the "contractor grade" paint at a different Sherwin Williams but the manager at this store wanting to make things right upgraded a gallon of paint and threw in a roller complimentary. I immediately started painting when I left the store and what a difference! The Cashmere paint had no streaks or blotches beautiful coverage. Finished painting in 1/2 the time! I can't state enough how this made such a difference to me. I was already Sherwin Williams for life but this confirms it!

I am so happy with this store! I had terrible experiences with another paint store. The sales people were rude and unhelpful. At this store, they are very nice and friendly and helpful. I trust their recommendations, and feel like they know their product. So so different from the people at the big box hardware stores. I have never had to wait long, either.

Helpful hint: sign up for their email list as a preferred customer, and then wait for the sales - about once a month or so, paints are 30% off. I just saved $70 on paint for two rooms.

Without exception, every time I have been in your store Tuckahoe Village store 3378 I have received the very best of service. Everyone has been very helpful, patient with my questions, and very professional. I will not go to any other SW store in Richmond!
