Every time I come to the store I have a great experience.
The pharmacy staff is amazing and they work very hard for the people who depend on them for prescriptions and information on the medications. I won't go anywhere else for my meds.
Thank you for the outstanding staff at this Dearborn Heights Walgreens because they truly deserve recognition.

I had a great experience at this pharmacy. My favorite is Maha, she was very informative and helped me so much. I really feel like she looked out for me and truly cared. I wish there is more I could do to show more appreciation.

The worst pharmacy is dealing with them is always difficult. They take a long time to complete the order. The last time yesterday I had a prescription from the doctor and I said to send it to this pharmacy near me. Unfortunately, after a long wait, I received the medicine and some of it was in short supply. I returned the second day again and received the missing ones, but unfortunately When I arrived home, I was surprised that the medicine had expired from last year. I do not know how they dispense expired medicine. I will file a lawsuit against them. And indifference to the lives of others.

The pharmacy is awful! My poor mother waiting for her prescription they told him to be ready by 5:00 I get there at 5:40, detailing will be 25 more minutes then the pharmacist in the back said sorry your insurance don't cover it. They called her and told her it was ready and she's at home suffering. I always have issues when I come here this is a God awful place! Such low standards in the urban community. I wouldn't dare step foot in that very unprofessional place again!

One of the worst pharmacies and Walgreens locations there is. Its as though everyone here hates their job and hates their life, would rather be anywhere else on earth than here, and takes it out on their paying customers. Literally everyone from the store manager to the pharmacist, from the pharmacy technicians yo the cashiers, it is as though literally everyone hates dealing with customers. I have never had one pleasant or enjoyable encounter with any employee there. If i could give zero stars, I would.

Donald, the store manager, has by far the worst customer service EVER! He made very snide remarks to me when all I was doing was asking for help. I can't imagine how he even got in the position of running a store when he shouldn't be the example for others to follow. First, he walked past me as if I wasn't asking for help. Then he said very sassy things to me. I will never be back to this location until he's gone.

Don’t ever get your disposable camera developed at Walgreens. I went to develop mine early September and still haven’t gotten it back so i went in to ask a manager. They told me that there was no order and basically that they are useless. Every-time i asked an associate about the pictures they had no clue, no one seems to know what’s going on. Take a drive and go to Express photos in Livonia who won’t lose your disposable camera and actually care about the photos.

I have experienced MULTIPLE issues with lack of follow through, staff members not being informed, and today a prescription not being ready despite having been called in last week. I'm told "It wasn't filled last week" and "We're very busy today". I have had weeks long gaps in my medication regime because of these issues in the past. In my opinion, unprofessional and irresponsible

I was very disturbed today. I picked my medication up. While waiting, I witnessed two senior citizens come and inquire about getting the covid vaccine. They were told they had to make an appointment online. They both said "On the computer.... I don't have one." They were both turned away. It hurt me to my heart because my parents would have both been in the same predicament. However, I was able to set their appointments up and take them to vaccine sites. This is not how our seniors should be treated. You don't have to make appointment online for flu shot. Why is this different???

II have been a customer for few years, despite the fact that there is a pharmacy closer to my house, within a walking distance yet I chose this one due to the staff good customer service. I even transferred all of my meds from Rite Aid to walgreens. Until today Sunday March 21 at about 02:00P.m. Walked in to pickup one of my meds and drop a prescription that I know not covered with insurance, something that a nice gentleman always gave me a discount on thru a Pharmacy coupon. The exact same med with the 30 pills. I asked to check the price before filling, since I am on a fixed income and they can tell from my insurance and co-Pay, yet she said it will cost $34.00 today, I asked how come when I normally pay $11.00? On the mean time a pharmacist named Moe, came raising his voice? When I am old enough to be his father's age, saying we do not give discount and will not honor coupons and he added I will have a talk with who ever gave you a discount before and let them know that we do not do that here!! So if an employee is caring and goes out of his or hets way to assist a customer it"s not acceptable?
But it is ok to raise your voice over a difference of $15.00? That is how you treat an older customer? In front of your staff and people waiting inline behind me? Talking about my co pay and that is it s controlled substance prescription?
With all disregard of my privacy.
And I have always considered pharmacists to be doctors and trusted with our secrets and care about our wellbeing's.

The photo department here sucks.. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come and help me and that was after 2 employees walked past me and said someone will be with you in a minute.. if it wasn't for the fact I was picking up photos of my nephews marine graduation I would have left... I do not recommend ever using this walgreens to get photos... 😒 😤

Take your time and read some of these reviews before you shop or deal with their pharmacy. The worst. Always late in prescriptions. Poor customer service.

I hate that the CVS across the street closed. The pharmacy staff here is so lazy and rude. I just wrote to corporate. I am tired of the incompetence. I never had this problem out of CVS. I will have to switch back and make the drive.

Every time I go to this location I wait over 45 minutes in the drive thru for a pickup. It's really ridiculous. Further down telegraph is a lot faster, though less convenient.

The wait time on the phone is ridiculous and then when the phone does ring no one answers it. This is so un professional.
