I had an incredibly smooth time switching my phone to a new plan yesterday. Marvin & Chris answered all my questions and helped me get set up with the best possible plan for me & my family. I had extraordinary service with the trade-in process, and they kept in contact with me to quickly & efficiently get everything figured out when I had a sim-card issue. Honestly, If I could rate these two team members alone I would give them a 12/10, Five stars truly does not cover the phenomenal service I got. This is now my go-to T-Mobile location on LI thanks to Marvin & Chris.

I had the pleasure to work with Luis when I came in for a visit. Luis let me know of all the promotions and deals that I could receive as a new T-Mobile customer. I could tell that he cared for me and my family by informing me and setting me up with the best plan, options and benefits that I could receive as a new customer. The process was very smooth and I was able to switch over to T-Mobile hassle free. I had one of the best customer service experiences going to T-mobile and I thank Luis for that. If you need to come in to T-mobile for something ask for him, he does his job well and cares for the customer. I will definitely be back.

Let me start by stating that the staff was great and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed speaking with Luis and Sahar who helped me select the right plan for me and my family. Honest and to the point.

Was at tmobile today and had one of the best experiences ever. Sahar, Cristal, and Nick were the most professional friendly associates Ive ever met. They treated me and my husband so well that I cant even explain how great we feel. They helped us tremendously and we are walking out with a wonderful package, with gifts , new phones and a big smile on our face.

Amazing staff! Everyone works together and always focused. So glad I came here. Good price. Good deal. I will reccommend everybody to come here.

I had an unreal experience.. so much so I had to write about my time!… from the moment we walked in we were greeted so warmly ! Even while we waited .. which wasn’t excessive we were reminded and reassured once they were available we would be helped and I was not disappointed .. the manager ms Sahar was an absolute delight kind firm and clearly very intelligent, an amazing leader.. her employees spoke so highly about this woman. the member who helped me was Marvin and me coming from a restaurant background I was blown away from his ability to not only help but how he went above and beyond. And has such a radiant personality he is truly an asset for the company .. ranging from small talk to his general knowledge. How the employees clearly care about people and make customers feel so welcome ! I was sincerely blown away. Thank you guys so much !

Raza, Cristal, and Marvin were absolutely wonderful. They were so good and still incredibly attentive and helpful even when they were unfortunately faced with a very rude customer during my visit (a Karen who didn’t get what she wanted).

They made my plan transfer super easy and were more than glad to answer any of the questions I had (and there were many).

I’ll will certainly be back soon and I 100% recommend this location.

All the store representatives at this store location are wonderful especially Cristal and Raza. They gave us the best deals for our phones and more. Plus they helped us resolve our phone device issues with ease. The best T-Mobile store on the island.

Marvin went above and beyond today for me! He was on the phone with yahoo and T-Mobile for hours helping me fix my situation on top of helping my son in law with 2 brand new iPads and me with a new phone! His patience & work ethic was phenomenal and he truly deserves a raise! I’m extremely satisfied with everything and very happy I didn’t lose any of my information because of Marvin!
