The LEGO® Store Orland Square

Staff here is very fun. They fit the atmosphere. Lots of cool products here that you can't find in every day stores. We love coming here for the "build your own" characters.

I believe they have a good stock. Very nice employees. Manager is awesome. I follow up with surveys (good) per their requests. The store manager will personally email you back thanking you for your time filling out the survey even if it is good feedback which i find thoughtful. It is nice the whole store is engaging. Not just a hello but full 2 to 3 sentences greeting. Salutations and offer to assist. It is a small store however I had employees walk to where the item are at and hand it to my son. I also like how they treat the kids as the customers and talk to them when checking out, it is adorable. I love the tactic so much. One employee he went above and beyond and insisted to help find my coupon I redeemed online profile. Even tho I caused them to bring another employee to help ring because I had to be that Karen to hold up the line he was so kind and patient, assured me it wasn't a problem at all. Keep it up!

A trip to the Lego Store is always a highlight to our day. The staff are always kind, helpful and make you feel welcome. The displays change monthly and really show off the sets available. We started going here 18 years ago and in all honesty have never had a bad experience

The store was clean and had a great selection! I went in looking for something for my niece, but I don't know the first thing about Legos and was overwhelmed by the amount of options there were. I flagged down a worker named Lindsey and she was so helpful! She asked me my niece's age, if she's done a lot of Legos before, what her interests were, and if she liked to play with Legos or build them once and put them on display. She went above and beyond with her customer service, I can't praise her enough! Lindsey eventually helped me settle on a set that makes a unicorn as she's big into unicorns and pegasus, but it can also be rebuilt into other animals if she wants. I gave her the set for her birthday and she ADORES the unicorn she built with her own hands! Will definitely come in again!

I love Lego and this store was well stocked and had Fall items on display.

They always hire nice and friendly people here. If you need to know info about a particular set, they usually know right off the top of their heads. You also get the feeling that they, too, love LEGO as well. Everyone that visits the store always seems happy and thrilled by what they see.

My favorite sets there are the modular building sets that look like small scale buildings, the Speed Champion sets, and also the LEGO Ideas sets, which often are based on popular movies and TV shows.

Nice .. It's a bit pricey, though. But overall, nice

The employee was very understanding to the fact that my toddler did not want to give up his new boxes of legos. Scanned them quickly and gave them back before the crazy tantrum explosion. The store was very clean and products were displayed nicely.

Great place to try to relieve stress. Grab a box and go crazy. They have so many sets to choose from.

If you've never been to a LEGO store before, you are missing out. Besides just the sheer amount of variety of sets and unique LEGO opportunities like the pick a brick wall and the build your own minifigures, there's tons of little unique LEGO displays. They also have events for children to build a small set and take it home.

The staff is always kind and courteous and does a great job answering questions and helping people find what they might be looking for.

Everyone is super fun and friendly! My kids love coming in and looking at all the displays and new kits. Get the lego club membership!

Always a fun place to go. The map of the world is unbelievable in LEGO pieces.

Always a great store to visit. Sales associates are well knowledged in the products and have a great attitude towards everyone. My kids love this Lego store the most because of stock shelves and the staff.

Always loved lego, and wanted to go to a full store for the first time. Despite living an hour away definitely worth the drive and time for Lego lovers. I've heard about the minifigure making station and the pick a brick wall, and they definitely measured up to the fun and value that I've heard of.

To make a long story short... The store associate named Ben was really helpful and so nice. Wife wife had made quite a lot of purchases on the online store and she never received her reward points. So Ben helped us with that by calling Lego Customer service while we were in the store. We received all the points from previous purchases. Lego Customer service is top notch. Thank you Ben!

Good experience. Friendly staff. Decent selection. Excellent customer service. Was my first time and while I will likely buy online it's still very nice to have a bricks and mortar shop. But it was a good enough experience that I would definitely go back. They did have some neat and hard to find items.

All of the staff are really nice and helpful! They always knew what they were talking about and could always answer our questions. No doubt this is my go to location for all of that (and because it's the closest 🤣)

Great lego store as would be expected! Limited capacity to enter, but didn't have to wait very long. Just depends on if the mall is busy or not. Got 2 sets and. Very excited to build them with my brother!
