American Eagle & Aerie Store

I had the pleasure of being helped out by Deanna, she was extremely helpful and accomodating. If you go to this store make sure, Deanna went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The Orland Park Aeres is fortunate to have such a skilled and customer-focused professional like Deanna. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking outstanding service.

I bought jeans online and needed to exchange them for different sizes. Milo was so friendly when I walked in the store and even went and grabbed my exact pants for me! I didn’t catch the man at the registers name who helped me exchange and even ordered new jeans to be shipped to my house. It’s nice to see great customer service when in store shopping is dwindling. They both made it very comfortable to shop in store.

Deonna (I hope I got the spelling right), was so helpful, fun, and sweet!! She helped me pick out a shirt and encouraged me to get purple, which is a cover I rarely wear, and I love it!! She has a wonderful personality, great style, and amazing customer service :) thanks so much, girl!

Everything I bought here, I love! It is Comfortable, cute and functional, the fit is just right. I made a VIP styling session with Julia (@lia_xhul on Insta), she chose the perfect outfits , the fits were just right. I love her positive, caring and energetic vibe. I also loved how kind and help all the employees were. It was cool seeing how they style their AE looks. I look forward to their Events!!! I can't wait to get some new summer clothes soon, Thank you for making my VIP shopping experience so fun and easy.

By far my favorite AE location. I can’t say enough good things about Nicole! When she first greeted me, she had her hands full and was clearly already very busy, but still asked me if I was looking for anything in particular, which I was. I thought I already found what I was looking for but she showed me exactly where I needed to be to find exactly what I needed. She saved me so much time. Her & another female employee helped me a lot in the fitting room as well. They were so on top of it & just genuinely happy to help. This is the kind of experience I want to have every time I go into a store and almost always, awesome employees like these make me buy double what I came in for because the excellent customer service turns a stressful situation into a fun & pleasant one. I’m so grateful for the girls that helped me on this day!

AE. Always good. Just prices are better online then in person. So I notice the price difference. Online only if u as me.

Alway the most helpful employees. Look in backroom for sizes. Help you get the most for your money with the sales. I have never been disappointed with the staff and the nice clothing
