T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I stopped in last week with basic questions about T-Mobile cell service and home internet. After reviewing the plans I decided to switch both of my services to T-Mobile. Went back today and Lucia and Ricky helped me again. It didn't take them long to switch over my phone at the store. Setting up the home internet service was easy too. If asked I'd send my friends to this store, they did a good job.

My husband and I recently upgraded our plan and switched phones. Jared was extremely nice and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure any hiccups were smoothed out.

The manager and his team are very knowledgeable! Would definitely make my next purchase at this store!

Came in a few days ago and got excellent service from Alan and Irving who assisted me with sync-up trackers. Very helpful despite my bad attitude. I highly recommend this store to all t mobile and sprint customers

I am typically hesitant to walk into any standalone cell provider store, but was happy to debunk that with this visit. Thank you Irving and Adam for all your help!

I purchased the T -Mobile internet service here 2 months ago in the store. The device gives you a "hotspot" in your house for $50/month. I can highly recommend the device if you aren't too far from a cell tower, and it provided adequate service for us even though we are very far from towers (could only get 2 bars), and our iphones and ATT LTE service barely work at all (4G not at all). My best voice calling was by using Skype over the T Mobile device, and it was ok for streaming to a Roku TV, and worked well for Zoom meetings.
Kyle, the store manager here, was very helpful, very smart and soft spoken and a patient problem solver. I learned a lot in talking to him, and will probably switch to T-Mobile cell phones in the future. So in combination, service and product quality, I can give it 5 stars.

My phone was hacked late on a Friday night...The next morning I wasted several hours calling both Goggle & Apple they both had good service but couldn’t correct the issues I was having...Stopped at T Mobile in Pewaukee Wisconsin to address the problems spoke with the store manager Alan explaining the problems with my phone within less then 10 minutes Alan corrected all the issues... he was very understanding While creating a great customer service atmosphere...He knew the phone well so if problems occur seek out Alan for help...highly recommended...Thanks again!

Coming from someone with years of retail and customer service experience, it's Always a great experience coming to this location, They're so friendly and just an all around nice atmosphere. Love how clean and organized this location is compared to others I've been to. Sativa's definitely my favorite lol always so helpful...
