JEMBRO STORE

The store is located next to the 24 Hour Fitness Center, where my daughter has swim class. The staff is always friendly, quick to help, quick to check out. Super discounted items, for example I bought fleece leggings for $3. Great quality. There's always something to find that's discounted. I've seen some pretty ratchet customers, who try to start problems with the staff, and the staff is still always professional. Good team!

Worst customer service ever ,
Pricing is outrageous but that wasn’t even my concern . I understand you choose a store to go to just respect their pricing and don’t go back if u feel away .. but won’t go back for other reasons
It was the lack of manners . Then after waiting in line to check out I get to the register the item has a price tag on it she says oh I need to enter it into the system give me a few I’m like ok it’s trash bags why are you selling stuff not in inventory and why isn’t it over ride code to enter the product at the price so the customer can go .. she said can o go somewhere and look around and come back .. like are you serious the point of checking out is to leave the store . She was like it’s going to take me a lot more mins . Mind you it’s 2 of them she clicked a bunch of nothing couldn’t figure out her life if it depended on it and said I don’t know I have to click something (duhh)).. I just gave all my items back wished them a happy holidays and left . They started speaking another language. Your mad at the customer for not waiting around for you to have your business in order now u lost over $100 in sales for a $14.99 item you could have manually typed in ??? .
It may not seem like much to you but every customer is business which helps your establishment.

They have good stuff, but they close 30 minutes earlier then there closing time.
