Me and my boyfriend are very happy with the meat department prices .

You can find dry sorrel and alot of the Caribbean foods and spices you are looking for
There were so many different types of Jasmine rice including a diabetic one.
Clean and fresh fruit, found red delicious apples from NYS super bog, great to eat or make tea

Well stocked, clean, quality is good. Slightly expensive compared to other such stores.

This supermarket is clean and well stocked. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and not wilted. You can almost find anything you're looking for. All nationality food items are available. The managers special is great on items when it's available.

I was genuinely impressed with my experience. The store was very clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made my shopping experience even more enjoyable.

A good supermarket to get Caribbean groceries. Reasonably priced with a small fish market.

I gave this supermarket 5 stars because they close at 12am which is perfect because I can go to work and still shop after without having to rush and they carry most of the brands familiar to my Jamaican culture.

Great place for your worldly needs. This stores has things from.all.around the world and a nice beer selection also.

I just moved to the Valley Stream neighborhood and find this grocery store awesome. I really love the wide selection of international aisles and vegetables. The store is very big and the times I have visted, always appeared clean and organized. The staff are also friendly. I find shopping here much friendly on my pockets then Key Food.

One of the few supermarkets open early and closed late open during every single holiday very reliable. They are well stocked with numerous varieties of all kinds of items and culture diversity items you wouldn’t find in other supermarkets. Love how everything is well organized stocked in order easy to find and all items are pulled out to the front of the shelf for customers to identify and pick easily always a pleasure to shop here best dairy manager very helpful and informative great sales and deals save money get all items in one trip and huge parking lot always come to Food World Valley Stream!

They always have what I need.

Fresh produce, fruit, fish. Good price on oxtails. Usually find Caribbean spices, meats, drinks, etc. Can use brighter lighting, wider aisles and cleaning items on shelves as well as parking lot.

Very Professional and Organized!! My husband and I used to shop at another supermarket but decided to try Goodwood during COVID. Prices are fair. Place is clean and extremely organized. They have a great system going. I asked one of the workers to tell the manager how please we as shoppers are. I hope she did. I think it is important to acknowledge professionalism and good systems that allow us customers to easily get through the process so smoothly.. It makes all the difference in the world of where we spend our money. Thank you.

A variety of selections for traditional west-indian cooking which I really appreciate. Sorrel, Bush and a variety of spices and seasonings could be found here. Also the place is huge which I didn't get to go into detail with every single aisle, but I will be back to explore when I have more time.
