In addition to parcel delivery, the store ups offers different services such as printing and notary services. In addition to offering post office services. And you can also return things from Amazon that you need to return here without having to pay to return them. The staff is very friendly, they will help you with anything you need. If you need a box for a package they also have it. And the best thing is that the store is open on weekends. If you need to send a package this is the perfect place for you.

I have been to this store before and I’ve never had an issue!!! I needed to go here to return an Amazon package and double checked the address through Google. As I looked at this, I saw the Google reviews were not very good. I got a little worried and was hoping for the best. When I arrive to the UPS store, the line was insanely long. I was really worried that I was going to be there forever. the line went very quickly, and as I got to the front to talk to the customer service rep, she was awesome. Her name was Serena and I was pleasantly supplies at her demeanor, especially with how busy they were. They were very kind helpful and we’re not aggravated with the things that I needed them to do for me which made me very happy! I’m grateful for the kind and courteous professional service I received!! 🤙🤙🤙🤙

They are always so nice in there. I always think they're going to get tired of handling Amazon returns, but they have a positive attitude every time. Always friendly, always asking how my day is, always giving the receipt with instructions. Very pleasant environment.

Very helpful, awesome customer service good on informing customers on pricing thank you Raquel for your help. Not sure why everyone has a problem with paying for a label you want to have something mail out you need a stamp/label on your package makes sense. Great store to take your business too thank these girls working hard

Absolutely hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced. These associates really took their time to help me process Amazon returns and show me how. I haven’t ever had to return anything and was a little anxious going into the store as there was a line and I did not want to be a bother. These associates made me feel welcome and kept reassuring me that it was no problem. I really felt valued, it is very hard finding establishments that still recognize world class customer service and patience especially with the younger generations (being a bit older I am not so tech savvy) but Let me assure you, you will be valued, respected, and taken care of at this location!

Staff is helpful and friendly. Amazon returns counter is self-serve and very easy to use.

Efficiency. It is quick and painless when I have to return Items from Amazon. Or when I need to ship something from home.

Had to return two items, one was for fed ex and I had forgotten. My UPS associate told me it had to go over there instead. I knew this, had forgotten, and my return label was just a loose paper from the printer. As I. Payi g for the one item for UPS, my service personnel put a sticker bag on the fed ex item, put my return label in it, and blew my mind what a simple, but important and extremely thoughtful act that was to help me with my transaction. Thank you so much!

Came in with less then 10 items that were obviously amazon returns. I love this location because its easy and USUALLY very friendly. The first thing my husband and i hear when walking into the store is Nancy rudely and loudly say "We need to stop doing amazon returns, I hate them. I get off in 30 minutes, im not doing it." Lucky for us, Micheal was very friendly and quickly helped us. He was great but sadly did not make up for Nancy's horrible customer service, negative attitude, and unwelcoming stairs.

I needed a document notarized and it was handled quickly with no issues whatsoever! Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this store again for any of notary or shipping needs.

I started using the UPS store for my shredding the last few times since Able Industries is no longer accepting shredding. It'd been a while so I had a lot and I needed to put the items in the container due to the nature of the documents and not 100'% sure of the staff. I had the chance to observe the staff and I didn't feel confident with safety of the confidential information. If you do take shredding, and need to put them in yourself, PLEASE ask them for the container with the molded opening...I saved half the time versus trying to fit the documents in a 1" hole. They have multiple containers and you just need to ask for the one with a pre-molded opening...if you have to put them in yourself. Thanks.

Rachelle was extremely helpful to me and she was training a fellow employee at the time and juggled it all with grace. I absolutely will return. And bonus, my packages arrived at their destination significantly faster than using USPS.
