Giant Eagle Supermarket

I did my first on line shopping experience due to health issues that kept me from in store shopping. As an older customer I was surprised at how easily I set up my Giant Eagle app and how user friendly the actual shopping was. Even picking up my order went smoothly. They sent me a text; I tapped that I was on my way; then tapped when I arrived; and they brought my order right out and loaded it. I was worried about substitutions or missing items but everything was fine. I had resisted on line shopping up til now but after this positive experience will continue to use. Always a great store. It is crazy that you need a GE advantage card to use the self check out. Like C'mon folks I'm already doing your job for you now you need all my personal info to buy a can or cat food. Let's calm down a bit.

I was at the Camp Horne Giant Eagle today. The store is well stocked, organized, clean, etc. I met an employee, Brenda, who stopped what she was doing to help me find something. She didn't just point, she took me to the item. Brenda is a valuable asset.

I LOVE Giant Eagle grocery stores and this location is my very favorite. The store is always well stocked and clean. Employees are polite and helpful. I also love that they carry Sarris chocolates and always have terrible towels for sale! I was very happy to see that they had a whole wall of Pittsburgh Penguin Stanley cup bobble heads for sale and couldn't resist....Had to get a #81 Phil Kessel!

Crazy line for the pharmacy. And can y'all please order more scrapple. Is always out and not constantly available ty

Bought 2 cakes and decorating supplies from here for a birthday. I have fuel perks so I was able to get a couple bucks off and any deals they have I get applied to the because I’m a “member”. Nice giant eagle compared to others I’ve been to. Will be doing my shopping here.

Great place, good staff, clean place, always busy but always good parking

Wide selection! Clean and friendly. I can always find the products I am looking for. Parking is good as well. A good selection of gluten free food. And dairy. Parking is always easy.

I will always love Giant Eagles, but I do not shop there much! Prices are just to high on certain things.

We stopped here to get flowers on our way to my sister and nephew at the hospital. Susan in the floral department was hands down the kindest person! We picked an arrangement but did not want to take it to the hospital without a vase. Susan helped us find a good sized vase, cut the stems, filled the vase, and even gave us a bucket to transport the flowers safetly to the hospital. Wrapped in tissue paper to protect it. She was amazing and flowers were beautiful!

It's not a one day thing.
Every time I go to the Ben Avon store. Henry rushes to get me a store scooter and bring it to me. I'm handicapp and slow moving and he smiles every time. That's customer service, Thank you Henry

I went about 9 o’clock in the morning on a weekday and the store was practically empty of customers. I ran through every aisle and got everything I needed in half the time. The produce was fantastic. The beer selection however is a little limited compared to the cranberry store.I’m never disappointed at any of the giant eagle stores. They are clean, well organized and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Way to go, giant eagle!

Employee's are always very helpful and friendly. I Love thr smell of fresh cut flowers as you walk in.

The service I received was excellent. I only had to come in for prescriptions but the young man that waited on me was so kind and considerate. He took his time with me and didn't rush me out the door. I was extremely pleased with the customer service as I always have been at the pharmacy. Keep up the good work, it's much appreciated!!!

It's a beautiful store. I suppose that's why I had to put some item back. I was sick about being there. Would have much rather spent a staggering amount $ at Home D.

Had a catering need for a large (outdoor) event, and Giant Eagle's menu and prices can't be beat. Their fried chicken and macaroni and cheese are delicious! I'm sure we will use this service again in the future.

I don't do my in person shopping here but when I do grocery delivery this is the store I use because it's the closest one that offers delivery. They usually have the items I request in stock if not they'll text or call and ask if I would like a substitute item or items. This store is 5 minutes within my home too so it's not a long wait for my delivery. Thank you for offering this service!

I went to the hot foods section and had the make your own wok from the Sizzling Wok. It was very good. The vegetables seemed fresh and it tasted great. It was also ready quickly so it is good for a quick lunch. I would recommend it to others. The store was clean and the employees that I encountered were friendly.
