Jason was the man who helped with my order, genuinely put in such care.
i ordered a cinnamon pretzel to which they ran out, understandable mistake, yet Jason went above & beyond & refunded me the pretzel without me even asking, definitely give him a raise or incentive because he genuinely has so much care for the business regardless of the title, he really is a spectacular worker & amazing in customer service.
Apologies for the goofy name, old account but just HAD to make a review for him.

Chad, the supervisor working night on 9/15, is a great employee and deserves a raise! They were short three employees and he maintained great customer service. You can tell how much effort he puts towards this job.

I am a huge fan of this Sheetz! I always order online with the app, place it for a certain time, and pay ahead. All I do after js walk in, grab my drink (if I got one) and my food is sitting on the mobile orders rack waiting for me to pick it up and head on out. It's not like my life is crazy hectic or anything like that. However, I do love it when technology and efficiency come together and everything works like it's supposed to. This Sheetz is very clean, organized, and a very good experience to come to all around. Plus, the staff are competent, score!!😁

Drink orders always take twice as long as food for some reason at every sheets I go to

Stephen's nose is so huge its taking up all the oxygen in the store and I can't breathe

I like Sheetz for a quick stop for gas, snacks, coffee, sandwiches, smokes etc. It's usually pretty fast without a long wait .

Went to the new sheetz today, very cheap gas $2.19 (9/27/16), they had a lounge with leather couches and they have a ton of different drink choices. They also have a frozen yougurt machine which I thought was cool.
