FRESH MEADOWS FOOD MART

I used to go there a lot with my father many years ago when they had different ownership. At that time it was great for finding things you would normally find in a health food store. I loved the place! Now it's not the same, I can't find things I know I'd find in a health food store, hands down. The produce is very good, but health food store items are limited. It's not the same experience I had years ago under the old ownership.

I have been coming here for years, and now they are under new management. They are friendly, have a great variety of items, and are open late! Also, I recently dropped cash in their store and when I came home and realized it was missing, I went back there and they promptly returned it to me, and wouldnt even accept money as a small thank you. I appreciated their honesty and humanity and will continue to frequent this place.

Little plaza you can sit outside east Chinese food or deli sandwich while you wait for your laundry! It's perfect!

Surprising little supermarket with competitive prices on staple items and an interesting selection of gourmet items. It's not my default stop for groceries but it does open earlier and close later than the places I usually go to that are closer to me and it's not that far out of the way. It's very clean and neat.

Excellent local source for cooked food sandwiches with a nice selection of vegetables and frozen foods.

Finally got to visit this place. My friends have been telling me only good things about this place so I was wondering how good it is and I gotta say that I am not disappointed. The prices are affordable, the aisles are organized, there are great variety of fruits and vegetables! The staffs are amazing too! So friendly and very helpful and kind. As someone who loved the previous store, I gotta say that I like this one better. 10/10!

Good local spot to run to last min. Prices are reasonable to what this store is there for.

Store looks good with Indian spices. As I had promised in my old one star review I will change it to five star if the store starts giving receipts. Yesterday I went to shop and did get the receipt.
I would suggest the store owner to add more Indian lentils like tuval dal yellow red as it's a staple regular food item.

Nice mart! Very clean and has a wide variety of things. Also has a deli. Very convenient when I am feeling too lazy to go to the supermarket.

A good replacement for the market that used to be there. They carry very good products that you don't find at other places.

The staff are very friendly, if you are looking for something they will assist you. And there is a wide variety of a food selection, that if you cannot find it here I honestly can say that I'm not sure where you can find it.
