During my numerous recent visits I found the staff very friendly and helpful to me as well as other customers. They are often pulled in many directions due to locked shelves but the employees themselves are doing their best .

Great place for your photo prints. Don't know why the Google map still showing this as rite aid.

Walgreens are great stores for health care products and convenience store.

I shop here almost every day. I’m very familiar with the staff and they’re always helpful, friendly and nice. The only poor experiences I have had are due to the high crime rate in Fresh Meadows right now. I’ve been a witness to three separate instances of robbery at this store. Two times while being accompanied by my 4 year old. The manager and staff ask us not to intervene, remain calm and apologize to us. They have to let the thief’s walk out with merchandise. If they intervene they can get fired. If we as customers intervene we are obviously putting ourselves in danger. When the police comes they do a report and that’s it. Those experiences make it uncomfortable to shop and makes me feel bad for the staff. So for the people complaining about everything being locked up, I have seen a group come in and start shoving entire shelfs worth of things into black garbage bags, shopping carts and their hands. They get confrontational with the staff and customers. I think those are measures taken to prevent theft but also to keep staff and customers safe. Other than that, if I could give 10 stars to the staff, I would. They are a great staff just dealing with the current crime issues at Fresh Meadows. Pictures are of today 12/20/2022 around 9 pm.

Very kind and competent young lady helped me this afternoon. She answered the store phone on second ring. l needed help because l had put the wrong item in a FedEx dropped off in the morning. WIshed l had asked her name. THANK YOU. I have received great service from this store and the staff there.

I didn’t have to wait long before I was greeted by Sadiyah (very attractive young worker with pretty eyes) where she gave me my medicine and even gave me a four piece chicken nugget for free on the side. I asked to eat them next to her cuz she was cool and she was like aii say that. I think she drugged one of the nuggets tho

This Rite aid is on point! Always busy and well maintained! Pharmacy is on point!!!

The gentleman Mr. Wesley in pharmacy went out of his way to find my son's insurance information after it lapsed in his system. First he tried applying applicable discounts to make the prescription affordable. Later he called my son's PCP and obtained the new insurance and applied it in the system. Great Work Mr. Wesley, Thank You.
