Helpful and polite customer service. They have quite a large selection of beer and wine and prices were very reasonable.

They had a special item I needed (and could not locate) for a colleague from The Isle of Skye. Telasker, single malt, 10 year.

This is such a great liquor store! It's a cozy, neighborhood liquor store with a great selection. Tons of local beers, unique & staple liquors, and an impressive wine selection. The owner makes the BEST recommendations. He's got a wealth of knowledge; he knows the intricacies of different beverages and is able to tease out exactly what the customer is looking for. He's recommended me some intriguing gins and a beautiful amaretto. I highly recommend this store!

Quality selection of local and imported beer. Some rare picks of spirits, and if i knew anything about wine I'd review but large selection, judging by everything else I'd assume they've got some gems. prices are reasonable, location is convenient.

They had a bourbon whiskey sampler out when I was there and I got to try the smokey bourbon which was delicious. The prices at this store are very reasonable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a great selection inside the store to choose from whether you are looking for wine, beer or liquor. it's not a huge place but it's a good enough size to have a pretty good selection.

Excellent selection of beer, wine and spirits. The beer selection is crazy good, always find everything I am looking for, and many things I didn't know I was looking for! Great Bourbon selection as well....my spirit of choice for the past few months. So much Bourbon...so little time...and money! A+

Their customer service is absolutely above and beyond. I was trying to arrange for a next day delivery of a specific Japanese whisky for a coworker. I couldn't order it, nor arrange a delivery through Drizly, but was able to find it in stock on Wachusett Wine & Spirits' website. I called the store, and although they do not normally offer delivery, they listened to my situation and were so kind as to offer to hand-deliver the bottle to the recipient who was about a 25 min drive away. I would be a regular customer of theirs if I lived in the area, if for nothing else than the wonderful people who run the store.

Competitive prices and a staff that really knows their product. Don't know what wine goes with your meal or dessert? They are more than happy to help you discover just the right selection to meet you price range and taste. If they don't have what you are looking for, they are happy to order it for you too!

Manager noticed me walking around and stopped me to introduce himself. He explained how he tastes everything that comes in his store. Very diverse selection with an emphasis on the good stuff. His fridge was filled with mostly craft beers including some small local guys in Worcester like flying dreams.

With a diverse selection, comes the risk of old beer. I noticed some dust some cases of beer. Make sure you're buying new stuff if you're buying really hoppy beers.

Great selections here. They've also got great ciders and local craft beers. Free and easy parking, and friendly service. It's my new go-to liquor store.
