This place is by far the greatest! The customer service is wonderful and they have great selection. Forgive me with names but the first time I went, one of the sons made me feel so welcoming and so many smiles so I went again in the next couple weeks. There was the other son there and he made my experience even more great! Then he said if you like my brother and I wait till you meet our mom. Blew me away. Who loves a family owed business with awesome customer service-ME. You guys are great and I can't wait to come back.

There are several smoke shops in the vicinity of my home that are closer than Andover Tobacco, yet I drive the extra 5 minutes to go there EVERY time.

For starters, their prices are better than the other places. Secondly, the store is immaculately clean and always very well stocked. But more than anything, they provide EXCELLENT service each and every time I stop in. Plus, they show their appreciation to loyal customers by way of a punch card that gives you 25% off after 5 visits! That's huge! I routinely spend $40 each time I'm there which means I save $10 when my punch card fills up! That's so awesome!

But even without the punch card, inventory, and lowest prices, it's ultimately the best place because they know how to treat people. In fact, I'm heading there now!

I'm only giving them 5 stars because 10 isn't an option! Keep up the awesome work, Andover Tobacco! Thanks!

Just as everyone says, it's a SUPER friendly family owned business. They actually keep just enough of my parents weird smokes to keep them in stock but not sell them stale product the next time the buy more. So glad they have been able to keep their doors open. If you support this type of merchants than you gotta try them out!

I have been going here since the shop opened and I always feel so welcomed as soon as i walk in! This shop is family owned and everyone if them is extremely friendly. they will gladly help you out if you have any questions. They also have really good prices on products! definitely recommend!!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! can’t recommend it enough!! Family owned business, the owner and his son AHMAD are the ABSOLUTE BEST. The ambiance of the place is impeccable, you’ll never see a tobacco shop like it. The place is ridiculously clean and the owner and his sons make you feel extremely safe. they were extremely helpful and it helps that they’re so funny. Can’t recommend this place enough! Do yourself a favor AND COME HERE. You won’t regret it.

They have a wide selection of products, which is hard to come by in this area. Best local customer service, with a family-owned atmosphere that is always welcoming. I definitely will be coming back. And the cashier Ahmad is pretty cute which is a plus.

Great prices on e-cig and vape supplies

I walked into the store to buy my first butane lighter and within a couple of minutes, I had 5 people all trying to help me figure out what I needed and giving me tips on how to fill it! Zean was specifically super chill and helped me fix the lighter after I accidentally overfilled it the next day. Definitely a 5* experience :)

This shop is fantastic! The owners and their family are friendly, easy to talk to and just really nice! I love this place. The best part is that it is the most convenient shop for me but even if it wasn’t I would still go here ❤

Great staff, great service, and a wide variety of products. Ahmad in particular has helped me while I was there had great customer service and was very friendly altogether. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me select the perfect product for me. Definitely recommend this shop.
