Staff is amazingly helpful and kind. Have a great variety of food brands and products. Meat area is so good! Bakery is really good too.
And of course Dunn Brothers coffee shop on site a great "perk" and So good, too. Good space to meet with friends for coffee chat time.

I've always wondered about this grocery store. We went to get a few pumpkins the weekend of Halloween 🤦🏼‍♀. They had plenty, they were all large and the best price I could find. We explored the store and everything was pretty well priced and it was nice to see an actual meat counter with great prices. I might change to this store for grocery shopping from now on.

Still my favorite grocery store. Fresh produce, great product selection, friendly people. I don't care that Malwart is cheaper.

They had been out of a certain product i specifically go there for, i had asked a manager and they took my name and number and called me about it. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service its good to see places and people still care.

Festival is a great grocery store with great friendly employees. Clean shelves with no dust on any products. Great butcher counter, fresh produce, deli cheese & meat selection. They always offer to bag your groceries. Feels like a small town grocery with all the gourmet cooking needs which is difficult to find these days It's wonderful.

I love shopping here. The employees are helpful and friendly. Their attitude sets the tone and always makes the trip enjoyable.

Clean and friendly environment. Has a huge assortment of floral items. Bakery is one of the best around. Huge produce selection and so many delicious made in house dinner options. The "our own" spinach dip is to die for!

Great grocery store located centrally in Andover. Fresh produce and the latest items were in stock. Found everything we were looking for. They also have a nice gift shop area in the store by the bakery with cards, balloons, flowers, soaps and more.

This grocery chain really puts their best foot forward. The store is organized and clean. The bakery, produce and deli are my favs.
I favor the Lexington location.

The meat department is so yummy and fresh - great bakery and the Dunn Bros. Coffee barista was so pleasant and made us the most delicious mango smoothies!!! The ONLY suggestion I have is to start carrying more Tillamook products as they are the BEST tasting cheeses and ice cream you'll find!!

Good variety, decent prices. The staff is always very helpful. It's clean and organized. Produce is fresh. Can't ask much more.

Friendly service great variety to choose from

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered online for pick-up, and I don’t know why I don’t do this more often! Alyssa did an amazing job shopping our list and choosing the few substitutions that were needed. Highly recommend this option to others. Festival is our main store for groceries and we’ve always had a pleasant experience in-store and their staff is always friendly.

This is a local grocery for me. They have good products, but they are expensive. Produce, meat, bakery items are all really good though. I do shop here probably twice a month or so for groceries. Although i never buy my full weekly grocery needs.

Good deli food, not too big not too small, friendly staff

Love festival foods, they're awesome and always clean. The variety they offer is huge and better prices than cub. I enjoy their bakery and deli the most. Excellent baked goods. Wide selection of fresh produce. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. My pup enjoys the fresh marrow bones, and turkey parts. Overall really nice grocery store, will choose them over big box office places.

Clean, helpful staff, great meats and bakery goods. Not frozen goods put on shelves to thaw like Wal-Mart!! They still bag your groceries and will bring to your car without a long wait to find a cart person, like cub!
