The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. The store was very clean and organized. Nicest harbor freight I’ve been too, and I’ve been too 8 different stores. Very very nice on the inside and looks beautiful on the out. Manger was very nice along with the employees everything was neatly placed and beyond clean. Had everything in stock as well compared to other ones.

Ok...what woman wants to go in harbor freight??? After several trips of my hubby going alone I caved. Guess what...a pretty cool place. I spent more than him lol. Have a lot more than tools. Bought a decorative heater. Cute flags, yard lights. EVERYONE needs to check this place out

Side not :I purchased thier $20 HVPL paint gun and used it to paint the body of our golf cart and it worked as well as a 400$ gun!! Highly recommend

I like harbor freight in general. In general. This is a nice location. The place is super bright. It has to have LED lights throughout the whole place. This is a good thing!

The guy at the register greeted me when I walked in. He cared about his job. When I brought the 120V winch to the counter he didn't think my 20% off coupon applied to the particular item, so we read through the coupon to understand all the exclusions. He was very polite and professional about it. We did find that the discount was valid and he let me use the coupon!

This is a good location with a friendly staff and all the great stuff you go to any HF for. I recommend the defiance HF.

Some much you can buy at such a cheap price. When we went up to the cashier with no coupons she pulled out a book and offered us some. We saved 18 bucks when she could have just let us spend the extra money.

Staff was very professional and excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted, even tho my store didn't have it in stock. Very pleased!

I go there at least once a week. It just depends on what you buy. Those tools you know you are only going to use once or twice harbor freight is great for things like that.

As a fairly new store it was super clean and just gives you that Its spring feeling. The store layout was impressive compared to the other stores I have been
to. Wish it wasnt so far away, it would be my go to store.

Love this store. Always have what I'm looking for at a decent price and you cant beat the hand tool warranty. If you break a hand took bring it in and they will gladly hand you a new one right off the shelf.

Anything and everything I need is there. One stop shopping. All the workers are very nice and helpful. I'm very glad they came to defiance. Now I don't have to go clear to Ft. Wayne, Ind. Thank you and keep up the good work.
