McDonald's

I am not a fast food fan, but I started getting my kids something quick for soccer game days. The staff (minus one) are all friendly, super sweet, and personable. They seem to be well staffed here. There are always people working in different areas. The other one in town always forgets things, but the l this one never does. The fries are always hot too. I'll go out of my way to go to this McDonald's.

Friendly courteous service. I never have an issue when I go through the East side McDonald's. Even if I have to wait on an item. The morning staff is so friendly.

You get used to your sandwich looking a bit disheveled..no big, but I was shocked at the care and accuracy . Someone there really takes pride in making them special. Thank you! It was truly appreciated

Some of the best customer service I've ever received.

Dave and Ruby were Extremely efficient, courteous, and patient with my large order on Christmas Eve! When I warned them of my order, they said, "No problem" instead of being rude and acting annoyed. At a time when fast food restaurants are undermanned and cutting corners, McDonald's on East 2nd St went above and beyond! It was a pleasure!! Thank you!!

Second street location is always fast courteous service always hot food too!! Love their drinks too.

Great customer service by everyone there they are always nice unless to you if you are nice to them reccomended going to this one than the north side

Super Friendly cashier on June 27th 2021 around 3pm. Couldn't remember her name. But very impressive with her attitude and service. 5 stars

Food was fresh and better than expected. The parking lot was a nightmare as we had a camper and they were very busy. Food quality made up for the wait.

Just went thru the drive thu and that guy Josh west is the best he was so polite and made my MC chicken perfect no mayo and dont let thw lettice and chz touch. Thanks ur the best

I love this place so awesome they're fast and quick when it comes to picking up my customers food for doordash everyone's very kind so if anyone wants to eat McDonald's your best bet is to go to the East 2nd location in Defiance instead of North Clinton in Defiance because North Clinton sucks

I love the people who work there! We take our dogs thru the drive thru and they're always so sweet!! Very good customer service!
