Bathrooms closed during shopping hours, 1:00 p.m. ? C'mon. Clean up all day! 15 minute checks will brighten and improve safety and quality, instead of closing it 1/2 hour at a time. ding, ding, ding. (I shouldn't post empty hand soap/over loaded trash, and empty TP). Gross!

Michael is a great worker and he brought my groceries out so fast.

I was in Defiance ohio store today. I bought a carpet cleaner. I was struggling to get it in my cart. A male employee was walking by. I asked him for help. He just looked at me and walked away. When I got to the register, I told the checkout clerk Paula. She got 2 people one was a team leader. Told them what happened. They were so kind. Got someone to load the cleaner into my car. I always hear bad reviews about Walmart. But I want everyone to know, they are so kind. Very helpful and apologized for the problem I had. They said they would address it in there meeting. Seth, who works in the automotive department, was extremely professional and righted what I felt was a wrong and assisted me while maintaining an excellent representation of what customer service is about. There's always 10 shoppers in check out lanes, with only 2 employees at cash register. When you need help finding something, There's never a workers to be found, it's like their all breaks all the time

Pretty chill population wise, walked in late on a Monday and got some advil, took 3 and it soothed my headache within 15 minutes. No more throbbing pain that can barely make me think!

Overall a pretty good place

The folks in this store were more helpful than in my own store. They had pickers that stopped to help me. I am in a wheelchair for now, but I really appreciated 👍 then.

Went to this Walmart to buy some stuff. The staff were very welcoming and nice. I bought some food from the deli and the lady there was understanding and happy to help me out. The store was well-maintained as well. Would definitely recommend coming here for any needs.
