They took good care of my car. Did all necessary maintenance in a timely manner. Loved the girl in the service department. She is so kind and caring! Not sure what her name is but makes the appointments.

I always get amazing service @Stykemain in Paulding. The service manager Brock is a straight shooter, never tries to upsell me. This is one of the only dealerships in the area that I have gone to that I feel like I am not being taken for a ride. I consider their service department to be top notch.

Broch, the service tech was very clear when speaking to me on the phone. He was polite and answered all my questions thoroughly. You could tell he knew what he was talking about. Josh Okuly, who serviced our Traverse, did an amazing job. When we talked to him after the job was finished, it was very clear he knew what he was talking about. He's always referencing this model is known for this and that model is known for that.. etc. You can tell he pays attention to that stuff so when he is working on a vehicle he's unlikely to miss something. He as well was very polite, prompt and professional

Jim and his team did excellent work helping get set up with a beautiful 2500 Chevy Crew Cab 4x4 service truck!
They helped me get the chassis, get the body on the ground, and worked with a local truck up-fitter to get the body installed. They also helped with all of the taxes and finance paperwork and made it very easy!
I will be purchasing my next truck here as well.

I have been dealing with Stykemain’s since they have been in business. Jay has always been more than helpful with anything I needed. This purchase has been quite the experience. Before I took ownership of the truck there was a problem with the spray-in bed liner. They quickly resolved this issue. Then as I was looking over the truck I noticed that the paint was peeling on the grill. Jay assured me it would be taken care of. The next day I found bed liner overspray on the cab and bedside. I brought this to their attention and again they said it will be made right. I am still waiting on step assists and all-weather floor mats. When these come in I will schedule all the work that needs done. I think it is a beautiful truck and can’t wait to have all the issues resolved. Thanks to the team at Stykemain’s for being patient with me and assuring me all will be made right.

Had to tow my Volt in because it was having some electrical issues and the cold really pushed it over the edge. The Volt technician knew exactly how to fix it, and the next day it was driving perfectly no issues or complaints. Great Service team, and because of the recall it didn't cost me a dime. I appreciate the work, and I was in and out in a timely fashion.
