It's a good place to shop but they have way too many employees usually there's anywhere from 2 to 6 huddled together too many greetings

very quick to get you unloaded and forklift driver very friendly

Christian! The man. Pretty impressed by his quality of customer service. Give this man a raise. Hard to find people who care about their job!

I LOVE going to Menard's that's the only place I go to anymore they are cheaper than the other stores on what it is we are needing and probably always will. So keep up the good work y'all are doing.

We went in about a week ago and Josh the manager was so nice and helped us plan and locate our dog run. They didn't have all the pieces we needed at that location and he found the other ones we needed at the Fort Wayne location for us. Thanks Josh. We came back the next two days for other things and because of the experience we had.

This is my go-to home improvement store. The prices and selection are outstanding. I'd prefer to use a Menards private label item instead of a major brand item for anything. The price is always better, and the quality is comparable or better. There are also an abundance of employees available to help you find what you're looking for.

Menards is a great place to shop

Went there for plumbing parts for my kitchen sink one of their employees a young man named John came over and helped get all the parts together with me. He did an awesome job. This was the first time I have ever done a plumbing project and had everything l needed in just 1 trip to the hardware. Thank you John.

Nice store, decent size compared to some of the others I have been too. Always seem to have decent sales and nice employees helping when there is a question. Pretty clean as well love to just browse around when I have a minute to spare. But the bottom line is this is a very nice Menards.

Love shopping here... thay always have what you need for the job you're doing... I feel they are priced way better than others larger supply stores!! I just goin in for what I need and almost always come out with things I want!! And if it's not in store they will special order what u need and try to get it to you in a timely manner... because they know what you need to get the job done

Very clean and well organized. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair. Lots of sales always. I would suggest to anyone who is a do it yourself kind of person to get everything you need here.

I really like this store better than the other locations. It does not take long to get the supplies you need and the customer service people are more informative and friendlier.

Recently moved to Ohio a few weeks ago. Visited menards yesterday August 17th. The staff was very helpful. The young lady in gardening the morning of the 17th was very knowledgeable about where every item was we inquired about and was great in her detailed description of the items location. She was genuinely happy to work as she water the plants. This lady had long dark hair that was pulled back. We met another lady (robin) at check out who was very nice. Store was clean. My husband is an electrician and home handyman, home depot is his preferred store but menards is a close second with their selection. Great prices!
