AT&T Store

Isaac Richards was wonderful and a huge help! Not just to us but to every customer who came in! We went to 2 other AT&Ts today and were very disappointed in their customer service(s). No one cared. Isaac made our trips worth it 👍

Just wanted to shout out an employee by the name of Ike! He went above and beyond to get my phone set up. He was the only employee there and had 8 customers there and there was only 30 minutes to close and he was able to get all the other people in and out and helped me out without panic! Great guy definitely recommend asking for him if you have to go there!
Ike you are the MAN!!!!

My husband tried to surprise our family with some upgrades and needless to say it was a bit of a technical nightmare. :) We we’re back and forth at the store a few times and Coleman helped us out so much! He laid everything out for us and gave us all the best options and scenarios. He sat and helped transfer my teenage daughters and information so that nothing was lost. He even did his very best to keep my not so patient 5 year old patient on one of our trips in. He even offered to sit in hold with customer service at one point when we had already done so for quite some time. He took his time with us and never rushed us, he made us feel just as important as every other customer that walked in even though we were a lot of work! We will definitely bring our business here from now on and feel confident doing so. Thank you Coleman!!

We went in to ATT today to understand our bill as we just switched carriers a few months ago. We learned that signing up through people at Sam's Club/Walmart is not the best option. Coleman at the Andover ATT store helped us out so much! He laid everything out for us and even saved us a ton of money. He sat and helped us go through the extras we had on our bill and explained that some of them we did not need and could get free. He even did his very best to keep our impatient 2 year old patient buy getting him a balloon to play with. I would highly recommend Coleman as he was very patient, friendly, easy to talk to and broke things down to early understand. We ended up walking out with a better plan and a cheaper bill!! :)

Visited this store today to get a new phone. They didn't have what I wanted (Galaxy S22) in stock but the gal working there (I think Bre) was very helpful explaining the trade-in process, and ordering the phone I wanted. I had previously had a bad experience at this location (a couple years ago) and this interaction changed my view of the store. Much better customer service now!

Blake was extremely patient with my wife's multiple questions. I hope the savings are worth it. The trade in allowance was fantastic. With representatives like Blake, it's worth doing business with. Walked in to add 3 lines from Verizon, and upgrade 5 phones. Grant was awesome from the beginning! He walked us through the cost of the unlimited plan, trade in amount for our old phones, and the cost of the new iPhone 11’s. We checked with Verizon, and their plan for 5 lines was over $100 more per month, and over $100 more out of pocket at check out! Grant transferred all of our data to our new phones from the old phones, put our screen protectors on, and was fast and efficient! Great experience from start to finish, and didn’t have to wait 1 minute. Walked in, we were greeted immediately, and helped right away. Great overall experience, and we are loving our new iPhone 11 Pro Max’s!

Went into the store to fix an order that was placed over the phone. I was greeted within minutes by the Manager and within the hour, we had contacted ATT directly and had my issues resolved. I recommend stopping here, every time!

Best experience I've had at an AT&T store in a LONG time! They actually had 3 people working! I had the manager helping me and he was able to assist others with quick questions without affecting my service.

Blake is a great person to work with!! We came in with our older parent’s flip phone problem. He was very compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. Did I forget patient…😉.

Went to a few other stores to get my insurance phone transferred to my new phone and Coleman helped me get in and out within 20 minutes! When all other stores wouldnt help, this place saved the day. 10/10

Was expecting a long wait today and a complicated process switching phones but was really surprised and elated! The two employees working today were very friendly and knowledgeable and fast! Will always come back to this store when I need something. Thanks to a great staff!

I went in looking for an IPhone upgrade and Travis met me at the door with a friendly greeting which lead into why I was there. He proceeded to take me through the differences in the new model in an easy and understandable way. His explanation made not only my decision easy but made my visit pleasurable. Travis is very business oriented and knows how to not
only speak on behalf of the company but is very adapt at friendly communications skills. This is a special talent these days and really glad to see how well he can solve customer problems with it ending in a win for both parties. Travis has A bright future and will continue to produce no matter the position he is in and I can see him in bigger leader and manager positions down the road. A Great Performance by a Solid Individual.

Coleman was awesome. I am not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to phones and plans but he took the time and helped me get what wanted and needed.

Thank you for fixing my IPad. It stopped working and would not turn on (frozen in the off position) after the last apple update, and the person working (forgot his name) had it turning back on within 15 seconds of me walking in the door. If I called apple, it would have taken a lot longer just to even talk to a real person!

The service rep went over and above with helping me pick out a phone that was a good fit for me, recommended accessories, and applied my purchased screen protector for me.

I was helped by Austin and Breeee, who insisted it was spelt with 4 E's, so who am I to argue. Their personality was equal to, if not greater than Ryan Reynolds playing Deadpool and they made no dull moment during my visit as we ridiculed the wifi and admired my new phone as all 16000 of the memes I screenshot transferred over. Almost wish the wifi was slower just to stay a little longer.

Josh was SO helpful and friendly while helping my mom and I today. He sold me the Galaxy S9+ and I love it! Great service (:
