Wow! Amazing customer service! My husband and I bought a used shuffle board table on Marketplace and were so excited to finally get it inside and set up. We were disappointed to find the board was not sliding properly. Kristen at Bullseye recommended a different speed wax which we were able to go and pick up that day…they were open during the blizzard. That seemed to help a little but the table was still sticking…Kristen actually FaceTimed us to “see”
our board to make more suggestions. She was so helpful with her recommendations and knowledge. After one more trip back she set us up and we have a fully functioning shuffleboard. We will definitely be returning here for all our shuffleboard needs. My husband was amazed by how big the showroom was. Thank you!

While we don’t live in Madison anymore we still come back to get our dart supplies! Great selections and pricing!

Great experience, staff are knowledgeable on what they are selling and respectful; they let you explore your interests, not your chane stores were they're trying to sell you something via pressure to dictate your choices.
Prices are decent specifically pool accessories!. Great selection and inventory for darts 🎯 as well.

My buddies told me this was the place to get dart supplies and they were definitely right. The staff was very helpful and it didn't matter that I am a novice when it comes to darts. They even let you test out products on their board which is nice.
They also have pool supplies, if I ever need a cue I know where I'm headed. Give them a shot!

I own the Legacy Academy Activity Center, a children's indoor recreation center located in Fitchburg. I purchase all of our games from Bullseye Games which now total about 25 table games & arcade games. I do so because Bullseye's service is exemplary - - their technical staff will typically address a game problem within a business day of request. Bullseye's owner Mary will also not hesitate to implore manufacturers to meet their support obligations as needed.

If you are looking to acquire a game for your home or business then Bullseye Games is really the only game in town!

We just got our new pool table installed today and I couldn't be more excited. Kristen did a great job helping walk my wife and I through table options with clarity and transparency. She gave us a price on a Brunswick that I was very happy with and arranged a convenient installation time. The guys that came and installed the table today were excellent as well - friendly, professional, and helpful walking me through options for placement, orientation, and some details.

Great fast service and very helpful! I wanted to buy a new set of darts during the quarantine but couldnt go anywhere and buy a set. I called Bullseye and described what I was looking for on the phone and they picked out a few for me to take a look at for a curb side pick up. They were ready for me when I got there. Prices are lower or the same than online. Great quality products and awesome customer service. I will be back for sure! I would recommend them for any of your dart needs.

We drive over an hour just to get out dart supplies here. They have a great selection. They also have a beautiful selection off billiard tables and ques along with other game and entertainment equipment!

Recently purchased a shuffleboard and dart board. Service/support has been great, and I appreciate the friendly help from the showroom team.

The staff is knowledgeable and they can get you what you want and at a good price. The showroom is very nice and gives you a great idea of what to expect in a pool table as well as other arcade/bar games.

There was one time I went to get an old arcade machine fixed. They had to be called for an update and said they didn't find out the issue. After picking it up I found out the reason they didn't find the issue was because they never opened it up to look.

Besides that one time, every time I have gone it has been pleasurable and every product I have bought has been worth it.
