Pizza Hut

Sometimes Pizza Hut is the "go-to" choice simply because they are nearby and fast versus their pizza being the most flavorful. However, something seems to have changed at the Pizza Hut on Cottage Grove Road because the pizzas of late have been of a higher quality. The thin crust has been nice and crispy, the ingredients are consistently applied throughout the pizza for a consistent taste, and the staff seems to be even more welcoming and efficient than I remember in the past. This particular Pizza Hut has moved into the "go-to" category whenever I want a pizza both in terms of being flavorful as well as convenient.

Ordered pizza for pick up. Ended up FREE because a worker didn't show up to make my order on time. Came back 10 minutes later and they handed me a FREE PIZZA and ALSO added a credit to my account. That's service in this world of worker no shows! Will definitely be back.😁

I asked for my pizza to be extra crispy with the crust. Not doey. Which is hard to convey with an online order. But they delivered. My pizza was cooked exactly how I wanted it to be! (See picture)

I was in the mood for a pan pizza cooked like the classic Pizza Huts used to deliver. Delivery driver was very friendly and even pointed out that my pizza looked good and was done as I requested.

Food tasted great. Was exactly what I was craving.

Pizza Hut on Cottage Grove Rd in Madison, WI was a great experience. My food arrived quickly. It was hot and delicious. This is my favorite Pizza Hut to order from.

On 5/19 -10:05pm I placed an online order for a personal pan with pepperoni, italian sausage, and extra sauce, and whoever put it together made it to absolute delicious perfection.
No patchy cheese areas and the perfect amount of toppings. It looked beautiful.

Best calzone ever!!!! Steak and cheese and the chicken bacon ranch! Best food ever and they are fried 😋 tasted like a really good empanada but portions are good I ate 2 and was very full! Looks small but isn't.

Easy ordering. Delivery could be scheduled late, perfect for our event. Delivery was right on time. Delivery person was professional and friendly. Pizza Hut food was allergy friendly for one of our swim team members.

I called 4 different places for a pizza delivery to my son's school this week. Most places don't open til 1030, and most places told me no way to getting pizza to a classroom by 10:10...except these guys. They didn't even think twice. They said yes...and then afterwards committed to working out the details. A manager said yes. Another manager made and delivered pizzas at 10am to a very hungry and happy bunch of 6th graders. I am so so grateful for the teamwork, personal time and sacrifices that went into making my son's birthday special. Thank you so soo much!

I was unable to place an order on-line for some unknown reason. I called the store and a Customer Service Rep (Morgan) apologized and took my order with enthusiasm to get it right. She just made me feel like I was her most important customer. I asked her if I could speak with her manager and she put "Nick" on the phone. I told him I was quite impressed with Morgan and he thanked my and offered to put a small credit on my account for taking the time to share good news. There was no need to do that, but I am appreciative all the same. The attitudes and actions of Morgan and Nick will surely bring me back to Pizza Hut. Thanks to both!!!

Pizza Hut has improved greatly in the past year. Better pies, and variety. Quality at a very affordable price. Online Ordering system is one of the best in the area. Delivery charge is a bit steep, but worth it.

Smooth process, from ordering to delivery, and my order always arrives within the estimated time frame. Also, your delivery drivers always arrive wearing a mask, which makes me feel safe. Thank you!
