This store contains amazing employees! Everyone is so nice and charming! My Amazon returns are easy. I had realized I had forgotten my wallet as I was about to start the label printing process. I notified the employee (Oscar or Omar, don’t recall his name). I was going to go home and get my wallet but instead he told me not to worry and did the label either way. I was so shocked by this customer service! He was amazing! As was everyone else! I recommend this store and am satisfied🙏🏻

I had a great experience with Dexter getting my documents printed and notarized. This is an excellent UPS store with friendly staff members. Definitely recommend!

Dexter gave us excellent customer service the other day! We called in advance asking if their store had a PC that would transfer a file from a CD to a flash drive. He checked to make sure before telling us they did, which we appreciated because we didn't have time to waste. When we stopped in and encountered our own challenges using the PC rental, he stepped away from the counter for a few minutes to assist us in transferring the files we needed to get onto flash drive. These days, it should be acknowledged when people do their job or even a notch or two above and we so appreciated all the great help Dexter gave us with a smile!

The staff is helpful and friendly. This last time, Marsal took care of me and she went above and beyond! She figured out a way to ship the product within the budget that I had. She was friendly and courteous.

Cam and Curtis are very good! I was flustered at first. They claimed me down, helped with shipping and even helped with the operation on my phone. I wanted to add that even though I was a bit rude from driving around from UPS store to UPS store for answers, Curtis remained pleasant!Omar has great service as well!

Great experience

Had troubles from a package being delivered from overseas so I decided to walk into this store and Luckily Amir was the first point of contact. Then and there he answered all my questions and called UPS IT center to get my mobile app working. Hard to find decent customer service now a days but humanity is restored. Thanks Amir, cheers.

Excellent customer service from the UPS team at this location!! Everyone was pleasant and welcoming!!! The gentleman named Dexter was more than helpful with needs during my visit. He was also very patient as I was not prepared.

Received very helpful & professional service from Curtis. I forgot the document I printed at home. UPS store saved me from sitting in traffic to get back home so I could still be on time for my event.
They have also made returning Amazon packages easy & stress free.

I went to the ups store in stone brings. It was very crowded but everyone was assisted in a matter is seconds. It was very great and the customer service was unbelievable. I recommend everyone to go there for any shipping needs.
