They could not cash in my money order

Was disappointed to go in the other day and see both employees behind the counter with their masks on their chins. Even rang people up without covering their mouth and nose.

In recent months this 7 eleven has gone down hill, but I didn’t feel compelled enough to write a review until today. It’s 4:01pm on 12/27/21 and there’s a young lady at the register now with long dark hair and two nose rings with long lashes… she needs to be retrained or fired. I walked in with absolutely no greeting as she remained SEATED at the register on her phone with her head looking down. Another employee clocking out actually greeted and spoke to me well after I entered the store. I approach the register to simply load my debit card and leave. Again she doesn’t greet me.. I’m friendly and I say hello and let her know what I’d like to do. She barely looks at me during this transaction and barely says a word, she literally grunted a couple times. Never said a thank you or have a nice day, NOTHING. Once the transaction was complete I took my card and left without saying anything. That lady was BEYOND rude and barely acknowledged me. She seemed as if she was bothered she had to do her job and I’m pretty sure they’re not supposed to be sitting down or on their phones at the register 🥴

I visit this location every now and then and when I do it’s usually not a good experience. The day shift female manager is very rude and impatient with senior citizens. I have been in line twice behind senior women and the manager is always very unpleasant. Of course the seniors move slow and speak softly but she seems to get annoyed by this. Her attitude is horrible. She appears to just hate her job. This is the behavior I get every time I interact with her or observe her. Just awful. I will be following up with the district manager.

If I could it would be no stars. Come in and had to wait till cashier enjoyed her slurpee. Then she comes to the counter and says "What do you need" I smiled and asked for two slices of pizza. I was told she has none. Okay cool. So I ask how long to make some. I get an attitude about "well its going to be a while" so I ask how long is a while then it goes to well I have to make all this other food and this one is taking three mins and still have to make more. Im literally the only customer besides one other person. Who is not buying the food that she is making. You would think customers come first but she was more ready to supple a food warmer with food than a paying customer. Poor service poor attitude and overall disgusted with her everything.

On the corner of my street. Been going here literally my entire life (over 30 years). In the last year, complete staff change. Staff seems very indifferent to customers, often out front smoking or playing on phones. Inside, the entire building smells like...something...mothballs is the closest thing that comes to mind but I'm sure that's not what it is. Loud music blaring inside all the time now. Food is never ready anymore at the counter or if it is, is old. Shame.

I've delt with the antics of one particular employee. This is the best 7-11 BUT it only takes one bad apple...This cashier wears sun glasses at night, cusses in conversation, snide remarks under her breath as she rings you up, and will sabotage your order if possible. Again, this is the best sev but gotta weed out that bad apple.

I am (or was), a daily customer at this store. My fiance and I often went in in the morning to purchase energy drinks and sodas, and in the evenings to buy cigarettes and/or drinks and snacks. We, sadly, have spent hundreds of dollars here.
I went in to buy cigarettes and drinks tonight, and the cashier, Ms. Manley, was very rude and belligerent. She accused me of stealing a bath bomb from up at the register, (which I never did), and said that it was all caught on camera, unless I had an "identical twin." I asked to see this footage, or any proof at all, and she refused.
I have been shopping at 711 stores for 15 years, and now I will never shop at one again. I am both flabbergasted and bewildered.
