I came in half an hour before close. The staff welcomed me, were friendly, and helpful. First time at this location and would recommend based on their service and selection.

I come to this location alll the time and the staff is Always helpful....Today my customer service rep name LaNyeshia was so calm and positive (Even though I was holding up the line). I never felt rushed by her as I continue to hold up her line. Thank you Ms.LaNyeshia for a postive experience at this location.

I love this bath and body works. It's in a very convenient and popular location where you have access to many many stores. The workers are very friendly, very clean 👌, very helpful I have no complaints about this store !

Love the option to order on-line and pick up in the store. Great customer service at the Chesapeake Square location.

I love Bath & Body Works no matter where you go it is a warm and cozy store. Whether it's a restock for soaps or a refill of my eucalyptus mint spray I always enjoy my time in this store❤

In love with all the stores they have. I enjoy the buy 2 get 1 free or buy 2 get 1 half off deals. Everytime I walk past one of these stores it's like a I can't resist going in. Running low on my lotion so it is time for another run in. The store is sort of spacious and the employees are always extra friendly

Very nice customer service! I was able to find what I was looking for. They had the Halloween pocket back hand sanitizers. They had a sale too! Definitely would like to come back to this location when I'm in town again.

Went here during Christmas and it was pretty busy but one of the staff members came up to me and asked if I'd like to have a bag because I was carrying a lot of things in my hand. I said yes and she went and got me one and was very nice. This place always smells amazing! It was well stocked for it to be Christmas time. I spent too much as usual in this place but it was all worth it at the end.

My wife usually buys their products online but the in store experience was terrific. Amazing deals and helpful, friendly staff.

I always loved Bath and Body Works. Their service is always above and beyond, and the products are always A1. I'm a man, so I highly recommend that every guy goes to pick up a fragrance called Freshwater. Another favorite of mine is Noir, and their new addition, Graphite! Ladies love a good smelling man!

Great except they didn't have my favorite single wick candles even tho it was a huge sale that doesn't happen very often. Had a nice selection..Just wanted to get my favs. Seems like it was many new odd fragrances.

With my daughter and was greeted by a miss jeanette(sorry if I miss-spelled). She was AMAZING ❤❤!! I can’t thank her enough for her help and kindness she showed my daughter . Store was well stocked and organized as a side note . I will be back !

I just called like a minute before closing and had a couple questions , the wonderful lady who answered the phone was more than happy to answer all of them and I really appreciate that . Cant wait to pick up some fall scented items !!!

I bought candles online and they didn't smell as I thought they would, to my surprise. I was hesitant on even asking the associate, assuming they would surely say, oh no ma'am; to my surprise, the manager said bring them back in and you may choose all over again, and was said with a smile..... It honestly made me feel good in knowing I wasn't "stuck" with something I didn't like.

First time shopping here and I'm impressed. Totally expected outrageous pricing but NO. Was able to use my coupon as well. I will return. Need more Champagne Toast candles. They are all sold out!!

Bath & Body Works mailed out a coupon and I was able to get 20% off of my entire order. I needed some body wash and lotion. Because I had the coupon I got a few fragrance refills too. I love saving $$. Lol
