The workers are so nice! I went in looking for a dress for a wedding rehearsal dinner and ending up finding even more great outfits with Amy’s help. i love this store location so much

I went in looking for a dress to wear for my son's high school graduation. Not only did I find the perfect dress, they had such a great collection of shoes that were half off!!! I stocked up on my heels for the summer so there was no need for me to go looking for some at a later time. I love this store!

I went shopping for my 8th grade graduation dress. As soon as I found a dress at the Potomac Mills Forever 21, I realized it was damaged by a previous customer. The rep at the Potomac Mills Forever 21 told me that the Fair Oaks location has 3 in stock. Since the location was an hour away, my mom didn’t want to drive there and the item was no longer in stock/damaged. We called the Fair Oaks Forever 21 in hopes that they would be able to hold on to the dress for me. Sam was amazing! Her customer service was like no other! She took the time to search for the item that I described. Fortunately, she had the item in stock and held on to it for us. I never even heard of the Fair Oaks location. But because of the amazing customer service from Sam I would love to go back!😁

Amazing, store is always organize and employees are really helpful. Every time I go I always end up shopping more then I need just because . I love this store. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I shop here all the time! I really love the clothes there and how cheap they are! The people are usually super nice there. It looks super fancy and it's two floors! If you need to go to a F21 go to this one!

I had a really bad experience picking up my orders from online (I couldn't find anyone to get it for me from the back) but Kaylani and Zelda helped me so much and showed great professionalism and customer service skills.

This Forever 21 store is a huge store. It has two floors. They had everything. I'm a senior and they even had stuff for me! Took my granddaughter there to shop.

The people working were super nice and helpful, the cashier was super friendly, and we got a bunch of clothes! Loved it!

This store is huge and has a lot of variety. They also had a lot of staff working the floor so if you had any questions, someone was nearby to answer it.

Super awesome just freaky that there was a guy who got caught filming in the dress rooms. Makes me not want to go there or let my little sisters go there.

Odd choices, good choices. Sale prices are awesome. The young lady will enjoy some to most of it.
