Greeaaatt experience here! Katy areas best kept full cell phone service secret! I recently took my phone here to get the external speaker replaced. flawless service, and knowledgeable staff. phone repair was better than new! When I picked up the phone I noticed their phone case selection, instant mothers day gift! not only did the staff help me choose the perfect case but I swear they are more knowledgeable (and easier on the eyes) than the staff at my phone carrier's store, I kid you not! You can bet ill be back for service in the future! awesome job!

I don't normally go to cellular kiosk, but I decided to give this one a try. I can't say enough about the quality of service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to give me great advice on a phone, and even helped me save money on my phone bill! The sales person even gave me advice on phone cases. I took my wife's Iphone here for a screen replacement. They informed me that there were other items damages as well (understandable). They charged $100 for the screen, $25 for an antenna and it took them 2 hours to do the repair, again all fine so far. The phone was acting strange and the screen stopped working so my wife took it to the apple store. The report was as follows.

Damage report:
1. Screen not functional
2. antenna missing
3. Battery secure missing/damaged beyond use
4. All internal screws stripped out

We ended up having to replace the phone for $200.

Not to mention that when we went to pick up the phone they informed us that they had lost her SIM card and we then had to drive to ATT and get a new one, which they informed us that nothing would happen to the phone upon doing this, which is a lie because her contacts and calender were both completely deleted.

After much research and finding this company I thought I made a great choice is going with them but you will spend a GREAT DEAL less if you just get it repaired correctly at ANY OTHER STORE.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I took my daughters iphone4 to JN Wireless on saturday to have a charging port issue repaired. Was quoted 65$ and told to return the following day. When I returned, they told me they "touch" was also broken, and wanted an additional $85 + to fix that. It was working when I dropped the phone off. They refused to accept responsibilty for the functionaity they broke while replacing the charging port. Stating that they never came in contact with the "touch" functionality. When dealing with the Manager, he threatened me, refused to return the phone, as I wanted the old charging port put back in, and would not pay for them to break my daughters phone. The manager accused me and my 14 year old daughter of lying, and after hours of circular conversation, recklessly took the phone, ripped out the charging port, crammed (with a screwdriver) the old disconnected charging port back in and banged on the phone to get the back case back on. Took the phone to Apple today where they informed that MANY Parts were missing, including the serial board- which is the phones ID- much like a VIN. This business seemingly made a despicable attempt to charge for a problem they created, then purposely removed critical parts maliciously.
LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS BUSINESS COMINE SOON. PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS- TELL YOUR FRIENDS- TELL HEB STORE MANAGEMENT.
