Kroger

Clean store and when I needed help the associate (Briana) was very helpful. She went out of her way to help me find what I needed. She made my whole experience great.She was very patient with me. Because of her actions she converted me to an only Kroger shopper. Thank you Briana for making my visit at Krogers very pleasant.

Customer support is great in this store. They act very quick on your request. The store is clean; the food are fresh. Like it so much!

Easy store to shop. Roomy, nice areas to shop, place to sit and eat. pharmacy, floral area, some hardware, homegoods/housewares and party goods.

Went into Kroger the yesterday ( Sunday) I usually shop at Wal Mart ( across the street from me ) . However,
I was at Hollywood feed , next to Kroger . So I thought I would run in and look at their meat department ..( it is way better than wal mart) sorry wal mart! This very nice young man , Angel , helped me . He showed me the different cuts of meat and took the time to explain that a T bone should have a filet on it ! ( did not know this in my 56 years of life) the Nolan Ryan t bones were on sale .. so I asked some questions about the different cuts of meat ..Angel went to the back and cut a nice tone with a couple really big filets attached ..

I absolutely love this Kroger. Every staff member is always so friendly. From walking in at the produce section, deli counter, making your way back to the meat section. Everyone is so helpful. The pharmacy department always knows your name and the manager of the store always has a smile on their face and are quick with a hello. This is my favorite Kroger to shop at, everyone is cheerful and happy to be working here.

Can I give more than 5 stars? I shopped here earlier this afternoon and decided to get my kids cupcakes to celebrate their 1st day back to school. I checked out and made my way to the exit with an overflowing cart of groceries and a crying baby when I noticed one of the 3 boxes of cupcakes was missing. I searched through all the bags and returned to the register but it was nowhere to be found. Visibly confused, I figured I'd look for it. How does it just disappear? (I suspect the bagger accidentally put it in the lady's cart who checked out in front of me. He was special needs...mistakes happen-not a big deal.) Apparently I must have looked like I needed help because it was then that I was approached by an ANGEL and absolute Godsent named MARGO-your best employee!! She asked if I needed help outside and I explained I was looking for the missing box. She smiled and told me not to worry and to follow her over to the bakery (kindly chatting the whole way) where she then asked an employee to get me another box. As if that wasn't already enough she walked me out to my car and helped me load all my groceries! Margo has restored my faith in humanity. The world can be a terrible place but there are good, kind people out there! You might even run into one at your local Kroger. Thank you MARGO!!

Ordered my sons birthday cake from the bakery, it was delicious! The photo I provided turned out so cute on top of the cake. I will be ordering again for future events.

This location is always very nice and clean. And the staff is always very helpful and nice. I have never had any issues here and I hope they keep up the good work. They always have great choices and selections as well.
Just give yourself sometime in the parking lot, and be patient as the construction on 59 has this place a mess but it is not the employees or even the stores fault.

I normally do not rate grocery stores and I do the bulk of my grocery shopping at HEB that is farther from my home. However, I do try to give this Kroger some business as it is a very nice store. Today they almost got 2 stars. I wanted poultry cut in a certain way. However, the guy at the meat counter told me that they only cut red meat. This is a main stream grocery store with a major meat dept. I said ok, but did not accept that answer. I asked one of the store managers, Ray, who said he use to work back there. He said that it could be done and showed a nice young man how to do it. The meat dept. manager came out and looked but did not apologize. Thank You Ray for leading from the Top!

I wanted to share an experience today.. I went to the store today with my two kids and a broken foot (yes I’m walking around in a boot)... and stupidly forgot my wallet at home, and didn’t have Apple Pay ready to go. Christine went above and beyond to help me out and make things as easy as possible for me as to not make me walk around more! But also make sure my bill got paid! She was truly a godsend to myself and my boys this morning! We shop here on a very regular basis and will continue to do so because of the kindness and generosity they provide! Thank you Christine! Made me tear up at your kindness! Thank you for helping this mama out, it’s been a horrible week and you brought a little sunshine to my day today! I cannot thank you enough! ❤

My mom and l love to do our groceries here! The price is affordable and staffs are nice. I received their coupons this week, and it saves me a lot this week. It's convenience as well. I go there almost every week.

Kroger has been a mainstay for me ever since I moved to Texas. The store is always well stocked and clean. Their customer service is on point. The parking is great. The aisles are nice and wide. I have nothing but positive things to say about Kroger.

Always very clean. Staff is always kind and very helpful. No dad looks on any one. We're very happy shopping in Kroger Fred Meyers... And the rest of the Kroger family stores. Keep up the great work!

I loved it! Clean. Spacious and open. Helpful employees. Wonderfully fresh products. I pass 3 other stores to get there but it's worth it.

So I'm a northern girl who had no clue that a garter was required for this mum exchange thing. I was in a panic - the last store I called was the Kroger on Gaston. I got this kid in customer service who said the Floral Dept was closed. I asked if they had any silver and white hoco garters and expected to hear some excuse as to why he wouldn't be able to check. I got the complete opposite. This kid, Christian Prado (I hope I spelled it right), went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. He was polite, resourceful, a great problem solver and eager to help. I hope they fast-track him because he gets what customer service is all about.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Kroger (Gaston location in Katy), carries a good variety of plant based food items. They even have in house Vegan sushi , plant based chocolate chip pullnbake cookies and lot of other options

Absolutely one of the best grocery stores I’ve ever been to and so glad it’s in my neighborhood. Always well stocked, friendly service, everything we need including organic items.
