AT&T Store

The person who helped us during our visit there is Valencia. Valencia is WONDERFUL!! She is very knowledgeable. She is detail oriented. Took the time to answer all of our questions. She gave us GREAT customer service.

I lost my SIM card after an overseas trip. The young lady helped promptly to introduce and install a new e-card for me. She was very friendly and informative the whole time. I am very happy with her service

The best store in Texas, those lady’s Fayvia and Valencia has a great customer services, The best AT&T store. Look for them if you need a new phone or line.

I was there in and out they were super helpful in the trade in process, and it was amazing when i basically paid nothing for my new phone.

10/10 service. Sammi helped my mother and I out with setting up our new lines (phones and watch) that we had been having issues with for a while. He also helped us with backing up an app which I know isn't part of his role so we really appreciated it.

This store is top notch. The manager, Ana, and all the members of the team are top notch. I remember walking in vividly because no other place holds the door open for their customers like Ana did for me. Ana and I conversed for a few minutes, while she was trying to figure out what the issue were with my phone. I ended up getting a new phone out of Ana’s recommendation and I truly think it was worth it. I cannot express how much i enjoyed the time i had over there. If you guys need any assistance in any ANY cellular services or issues, stop by here!!! You will not regret it. Again thanks guys!

I’ve been to a lot of cellphone stores and none of them have the customer service that this AT&T does. Sami went above and beyond to explain and answer any questions that we had. It’s often hard to trust people in this day and age but the people at this store have integrity that’s lacking in this generation. You have a customer for life sir.

Let me start by saying that I live in the Spring area. I've had not so good experience at the stores close to my home. Thankfully my sister in law had told me about this store in Katy that was close to her home. I decided to visit this location and I am very thankful I did. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The customer service was great, and I ended up switching my provider from Verizon to AT&T. Ana was very attentive and explained the process of how easy it was going to be to keep the same number that I have had for many years. My family and I were able to save money especially during this time of difficulty.

The personnel at this location is Amazing! Malik, Sami & John were knowledgeable, quick, personable and such a delight to work with and talk to while they attended to my needs for my device. I recommend Everyone to go to this location for wonderful experience!

I just want to thank Valencia for going above and beyond for me. She really went out of her way for me

First of all, I've been an AT&T customer for a couple of years now since we switched services from our old carrier, and I've been familiar with this location since I've attended Tompkins High School across the street. I came in with an small data issue and Sami did an amazing job assisting me, from the beginning to end, making sure no problems existed the moment I walked out the door, I would totally recommend you come and see him if any issues.

Since I recently decided to switch my phone provider to AT&T I have been going to this store for about 3 weeks now, staff at the store are really responsive, helpful, great to explain and understand questions, they're always willing to listen and give their best advice, also they have been able to help with technical issues, several billing problems, and accompanied me and my family through the whole process of switching carriers, upgrading our mobile devices, and every other request we could have. Service has been great overall, not even mentioning that they're able to speak in different languages to better communicate with their costumers, also having given in-store and call support to me and the members of my family several times, and undoubtedly offering the best of themselves to anyone that needs assistance with anything. Great place, Great service, Great support, 5/5, I'm glad we have people like this in our community!

He gave us EXCEPTIONAL service!!! He gave us all the options we needed and helped make the changes easy. He provided us with lots of details and made it very clear as to what was going to happen. He walked us through the set up in detail. HE WAS AWESOME!!!!

We had trouble both with our modem and our AT&T phone. Everyone was helpful but Sami was incredibly helpful. Very patient and thorough to help us fix all the problems as well as set up a service call.

Sami was amazing! He helped me upgrade my iPhone 12 to the iPhone 14 Pro. He was very responsive to my questions and was extremely respectful. I am for sure coming back to this location for any future phone needs!!!!

Stopped by the Gaston Rd location at 7:30 PM to upgrade 5 lines. Ana, Ivan and Sami were all extremely helpful and patient. They didn’t rush us at all even past closing time. They worked very well together and made our experience stress free. I highly recommend this location for any of your phone needs.

Ivan and Sami helped us today. We had a great customer service experience. I highly recommend this place. They smoothly copied data, photos and apps to new phone so we are all set with our new phone.

Went here to get a new phone and the sales rep Sami was fantastic. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was in and out in about 10 minutes with everything I wanted. Thanks! Will be coming back here when I need an upgrade.

I came in the other day to upgrade my XR to the 14 plus. Sami went through the whole process thoroughly and assisted in transferring the data. I really do appreciate his effort. The rest of the team was very friendly and personable too!!! Thank you Sami you are a great associate. I wish all my experiences with AT&T could be the same as it was with you.
