This was my first time shopping at this location Lowe’s in Mt. Pleasant but I’ve been needing pool supplies and every where in Ladson appears to be out. I had an appt in the area so I figured I’d check and see and sure enough there was some. Not all but some and that’s okay in my book. On my way in Amy greeted me in the Gardening section with some positive feedback on my clothing. Put a smile on my face because she was too sweet.

Rosemary was in the tile/flooring area and she definitely needs a Raise in pay!! She was a 5star customer service employee and helpful beyond what I could have expected. She should be a trainer for the rest of your sales people who have at times been less than helpful. Rosemary exudes everything a retail establishment should want in their employees. Go see her and ask for her, she is beyond knowledgeable and quick to look anything up that she can't answer! Rosemary made my Lowes experience a 10 out 10 🤩🤩

first time delivering to this lowe's and steve at receiving he when above and beyond some missed understanding on the delivery appt but he did and he was very friendly and very professional

My husband and I are looking to remodel our two back bedrooms and the kitchen as well as 2 bathrooms. We went to Lowe's to start pricing the ceramic tiles that look like wood grain boards, which I love the wood look on floors. They had a lot of choices that were wood grain in various colors and styles. We bought a sample board of 2 that we liked and took them home to see if we like it on our floors. We did pick one of them and went back and bought enough to put down in 2 bedrooms!! So excited can't wait to get started on those rooms!! I also looked at some tile for our bathroom. See pics.

I took my puppy with me to get some roses to plant. The man watering the plants gave my pup some fresh water and the cashier gave him a treat, great experience for him and I. They have a great selection of roses and everyone is very friendly.

Placed an online order here and picked it up. The staff was incredibly friendly and I ended up having to make a return and they made it quick and easy. Self check-out is a breeze and it makes it easy to get in and out quickly. The only issue I have is that parking can sometimes suck.

My husband and I bought a Blackstone grill from the Lowe’s by Towne Centre. Russell helped us , we couldn’t have been happier. He went above and beyond. We love our new grill. Thank you Russell!!!

Rosemary in the flooring department is AMAZING!!! Whatever you are paying her she needs a raise because she went above and beyond with every single thing she helped me with I was blown away. She made my experience a 10/10. You can tell she really knows her stuff from the products that are available to the entire installation process she was able to answer every question I had. She followed up with me via emails and phone calls and I went into the store twice to ask questions and make selections and she was just so so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and just the best. She walked me through everything as I was making my installation purchase in store and I feel so comfortable having Lowes do this install because of Rosemary.

Exactly what you want from a Lowe’s. Easy to get what you need, helpful staff who either know where something is located or will immediately find another person to show you, and with all their new self checkout registers there is little to no wait time.

Not too crowded and we had the help we needed. Found all the cabinet hardware we needed.

I had great guy help me figure out what to do for a problem with my ramp to front door. Then he helped me find another item. FYI only a few employees on the floor, so I was lucky…

Excellent customer service every time! Knowledgeable employees there to help with any home improvement questions you may have no matter what level of expertise! If you’re like myself, I like to ask a lot of questions. they will have the answers!

Davonda in customer service was amazing! She took charge in a confusing situation and quickly resolved it. This was very much appreciated as I had my autistic son in tow and needed to stay with him while they swapped out a box for us. She was truly an angel today for us.

I had a delivery of some fence panels that was missing some items which put the project behind a couple days, no big deal, but I could not get ahold of their delivery department when I was able to make calls for two weeks. I had to go purchase the remaining items at a Lowes closer to me and the price had gone up for the building materials I still needed. When I called today I was able to get a full refund with the price difference within minutes and it was so simple. The associate Tina was so understanding and probably one of the best phone interactions I have had in years! I work in customer service and she out performed me in so many ways. Great job Tina. Give this beautiful soul a raise!

I just did curbside pickup at this Lowe's....wow I didn't even get a chance to sip my Starbucks coffee.
Fast, accurate, expedient....the associate delivering my patio chairs was courteous, pleasant, and took the time to see if I needed anything else.
Great location...easy parking...
Neat tidy well organized.

If I could rate 10 stars I would! A.Z was such a big help. He assisted me as a I bought my parents a washer and dryer. He spoke to me with grace and dignity. A.Z. schooled me on credit, identity and everything else in that boat. An awesome sales person who deserves Employee of the Month every month.
