I had closed out my unit after several years of use. The next month I noticed I was being charged for the next month . I pulled up to the office and Darlene reopened the office and took care of my problem in no time at all. She was a pleasure to deal with and so friendly. I have enjoyed using this facility and only have the best recommendations for them

I have been trying this storage facility out for the past 6 months as it is convenient to my house. After having a positive experience so far, I received notice of a rent increase in the mail, but Amy was very helpful to allow me to lock in better pricing with a commitment for me to stay for another full year. Nice facilities and nice people to deal with.

Unbelievable service!! HUGE shout-out to Mike H and Mike M!!! The team here helped me with finding the perfect space to store my vehicle. Even at the end of the day, they were positive, efficient, and kind. The storage complex looks nice and secure, but it is the incredible service of Mike H, Mike M, and the rest of the team that will keep me coming back. Thank you!!

I spoke with Amy today and she was super friendly and very insightful. There seemed to have been a billing confusion on my end. However, she went above and beyond to explain it and also won me over as a customer again. I would totally recommend anyone to use Extra Space storage because of Amy's level of professionalism.

Amy and Jay were greatly helpful in finding me a place to store my new RV. At first a space was not available and in a few days when one became available I got a call right away from Amy. She gave us a tour of the facility and we picked out the perfect spot.

I signed for a unit just for a couple months and had a great experience. It was super easy to get signed up, easy to access our unit whenever we needed, and Mike working in the office was very helpful when we decided we didn’t need our unit any longer. We recommend this facility and team!

I have had my storage unit for a few years at the stockade location. Jay and Amy are eager to help with any issues that have happened. They are both professional, courteous and pleasant. The grounds are clean and safe. Today Amy was on her routine rounding of the units. I stopped her because I was having difficulty opening the slide latch. The weather has caused the latch to be rusted, making it difficult to open. She took a look at the latch and went right back to the office to get the WD40 to help make it easier for me to open. I appreciate the prompt attention! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amy at Extra Space went above and beyond today. Showed me a few different units and spent time telling me how everything worked so we could select the right unit for us. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you Amy!

Amy was awesome helping me clear out my storage unit! She took me right to the unit in her golf cart, cut off the old lock and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage and Amy especially!

This is a great storage facility. Clean, modern, secure. Jay (manager) is excellent and goes above and beyond in making sure you have the right unit for you needs. Can't recommend both Extra Space and Jay highly enough. If you need to store your belongings in the Charleston area this is the place.

I came in frustrated today after being given conflicting answers by several employees as to whether my rent would be prorated after moving out this past weekend. Thankfully, Amy was there willing to help me out! She promised to check it out and get back to me and mentioned it might take a day or two. Thirty minutes later she called me telling me the amount that would be refunded to my card. Amy was very helpful and professional. A great big thank you to Amy!!!

Fantastic customer service! I’ve never dealt with a grouch at this location. Everything they seem to do is straight forward and they don’t constantly jack up the rates and screw toy like my last facility.

Absolutely the best staff Melissa was outstanding and we couldn’t feel more safe with our things with extra space storage We highly recommend them.

Jay (manager) went over and above to help me after the phone reservation agent made an error in describing the unit to me that I was interested in. I booked it but it was not what I needed when I actually saw it. Jay helped me get that straightened out and did so with a great attitude, honest answers, creative thinking regarding options, and he was kind, friendly, and patient with me. Jay made my day better!!

The first location we visited had no availability, but the manager was extremely helpful and guided us to a location that still had one unit left in the size we needed. Amy was so helpful and professional when we arrived, and the process was simple and completed quickly.

Jay has consistently provided exceptional customer service and I've been renting a storage unit here for well over a year. My needs changed a few months into my first rental and I was able to move into a larger unit with extreme ease. Moving can be stressful and my storage rental needs have been stress-free while staying at this location. A big shout-out and huge thank you to Jay!
