This store is running like a well oiled machine. The easiest and best thanksgiving shopping I have ever done. Thank you to everyone, including the meats and cheese girls. Thank you!

Standard grocery store. Always very friendly, and I'm usually able to get in and out. I really appreciate all the products they have and the new pizza station! I'm in here daily!

Customer Service at its finest! I must admit that I have lost a lot of faith in some of the Harris Teeter locations in Charleston. My Sweetheart and I visited the Mount Pleasant location late last evening and Aleta and Michelle knocked it out of the ballpark for us! When a Gentleman says that the customer service was excellent then you know that it's true! We were impressed by the kindness, engagement, conversation, and helpfulness of both Aleta and Michelle. We learned that Aleta works at the very end of the day, yet her persona was like a ray of sunshine even though it was late. We even talked about music. She was so pleasant and graceful. Then as we checked out, Michelle was right there smiling like she won the lottery! She was so kind and helpful. Thank you both for kindness and respect...Both of you rate the highest! I called the store on Monday morning to let management know. I spoke with Mike. Thank you!

I'm not a regular shopper to this superm because is more expensive than my regular store; however they certainly items I buy here every months like all the bakery products , my coca cola zero can pack ( always got excellent deal).

I could not believe the empty shelves and lack of products,,people seem to be in a panic to buy just about anything and in a hurry to do so,,, scary

My favorite store to shop. Always courteous and lines aren’t down the aisles. Friendly employees and if you can’t find an item they don’t just say aisle 4 on the right near the end. They take you to the product and show you where it is. That’s the kind of service I like. Also, I can always find an employee here if I have a question. Great store.😊

Love their online grocery order service. Free if you spend over $100, just order online, select a timeslot, drive up and they will load your groceries into your car! This has saved me countless hours during the month, and their staff is extremely friendly!

I have shopped in this store for a very long time. Some of the employees really need to be commended. some, not so much. Nathan at the customer service desk is a dream. When items are placed too low or too high, he is always ready to help. Michelle the cashier, always has a smile and never fails to ask if she can help with anything. Managers, Scott and Frank, order things I cant find anywhere else and actually keep me in the loop. Like any store, it has its ups and downs. However, I find the produce dept (and kudos to jerry who works there) is almost always the best stocked in the neighborhood. I am very happy to shop here.

The difference between a good grocery store and a GREAT grocery store is made by the team running/maintaining it. This location has an INCREDIBLE team. They're hard working, meticulous, and super friendly. Shout-out to Nick, Jerry, Matt, and the rest of the team for going above and beyond for me time and time again. Friendly,. Helpful, great green grocers section...I find items a little different than most grocery stores and tempts my creativity in the kitchen. Parking is adequate and Covid 19 rules in effect. Clean and sparkling.

This location is clean and the staff are always professional and accommodating, one staff member specifically stood out and her name was Clarisse. Her kindness and smile made my shopping experience too notch.

Best place to get you fruits and vegetables. No nearby comparison. Love the whole store.

Super awesome customer service, no matter what time of day! I've always found their prices to be reasonable and someone is always offering to help me find something or carry groceries to my car (when I have my littles with me). This is my corner grocery store and I think I really lucked out! It's the best in the area!
I know lots of busy parents appreciate the online ordering for groceries. Tons of my friends use it and I've used it a handful of times too. I prefer to go into the store, but sometimes it's really nice to be able to drive through and grab your order! I can't say enough about his friendly everyone is here! Seriously the nicest place in Mt.P!

Covid friendly shopping; even the self check out has a germ sheild. I love Harris Teeter! It's clean and very organized. There are lots of smiling faces. Employees are friendly and eager to help. This location has a pharmacy and a Starbucks inside! Down home feeling inside!

Nice, spacious HT store with ample selection of basically everything. Particularly remarkable their wine department.

A very well run supermarket with great in store pizza made to order or pre me slices always available .

Staff is friendly and always helpful and the Starbucks upfront always is a welcome addition to a supermarket to enjoy some seasonal pumpkin latte while shopping.

Sushi was fresh and the chef was very friendly. Starbucks in here was also great. The young lady who helped me was very kind, made me a "special" dirty chi latte with almond milk😊 And it was amazing😍 PS: She was pretty too😁👍🏾

A one tooth person slapped my child and ran off with cart shortly after purchase. Highly recommended security in a volatile place like Mt pleasant. Manager assured me mppd was on the ball and refused refund.
