Great.. I’ve been traveling /van life across the Midwest and up the east coast. I’ve stopped at multiple star bucks for coffee and access to a good clean workspace. Of all the places and people this ones by far the best. It’s well ran, clean and the manager is very efficient. I searched around Charleston looking for a place were I felt safe comfortable and most of all welcome. Hats off to Mrs Lisa Williams - her efforts to make this a stand out place have not gone unnoticed. It’s the people that make all the difference 💛

I came in for a pickup order a few days ago and was honestly, genuinely impressed with the genuine welcoming of the employees! Usually at Starbucks the baristas try to force friendliness and interaction in a sort of creepy and intrusive, unasked for kind of way, but not at all at this location. Both the ladies working the afternoon of December 6 honestly perfected customer service and hospitality in a way I’ve never seen at any Starbucks or restaurant anywhere across the many states I’ve travelled in. The Charleston area honestly has the best Starbuckses, this one being the highest caliber one I’ve ever been to in terms of service! Give them a raise, the manager too! That kind of genuine welcome, especially at a time when service has fallen so far in restaurants, is unheard of!

Got the oleato gold brew, bacon egg and cheddar on croissant and bacon with gruyere cheese..fast service and everything was delicious.

Very cozy Starbucks. Great outdoor seating. It is not super large inside, so the outdoor seating is great. The bathrooms were very clean. When I went, I found an accident in the bathroom, but when I told the staff, they were taking care of it in seconds. The staff was friendly and very help.

I normally get good service but today I was wowed. The gentleman making drinks this afternoon was super accommodating and deserves to be commended for excellent service.

I love this place alout! I come here almost every weekend🤩it’s really good! Great service! My usual order is a pink drink a cookies and cream cake pop and a butter croissant it’s absolutely Amazing!

Great service! Love their mocha Frappuccino! Also they have some really awesome cups on sale for super great prices ! I highly recommend checking them out if you like the cups!

Service was a little slow despite 4 people there but it was because of some issue they were having I guess. All in all good.

Baristas here were very good and friendly. There was a very long line for the drive-thru. If you can, go into the store. Far fewer people and faster service. They handled everything well.

I have never felt the need to review a Starbucks but today, I am. I come to this Starbucks quite often and it never fails to give excellent service. I’m always greeted by the sweetest Starbucks worker. And they’re probably the fastest drive thru I’ve ever been to. I pulled up this morning at approximately 10:26 and I ordered, paid, received my drink, and I was back on the road by 10:31. They do tend to get pretty busy but they handle it flawlessly. This Starbucks will always be my go to!

My husband and I use the drive thru every morning for my coffee and Ivy is always amazing, friendly and efficient! We will always come to this location just for them!!

Great people work here! I was welcomed to the city and they made my drinks the way they're supposed to be made. The woman whom helped me I believe was the manager. If not she should be! I wish I could remember her name. Middle aged African American lady with an awesome bubbly personality. There's also a big buff dude that can make a heck of a latte while also probably benching 600lbs! Thank you all! I'll continue to stop at this location while in my new Mount Pleasant home.

Its always a pleasure stopping by this location. This evening in particular, Max showed me the BEST customer service ever. He held a great conversation and had the most pleasant smile. Max needs to be recognized as an outstanding employee who makes sure the customers drive away with a smile. Keep up the awesome customer service Max

I really appreciate how friendly the employee Lisa was. She was very engaging and professional. There was another young lady that was working that was also very nice and helpful but I do not recall her name. I am happy that Starbucks wherever it's located has such good employees

The team is awesome!! During this Corna virus mayhem, they were so kind and amazing at taking my order as a walk up to the drive through, because I work EMS and cannot drive an ambulance through. Truly amazing and so greatly appreciated!! Caffeine is definitely the thing keeping us going during these trying times. Thank you a bunch!!

A really fast drive thru and always super friendly baristas. Izzy prepared my specialized order perfectly.
