We have visited this BN many times in the past few years. We basically go to the Cafe and relax. Last visit we ordered a coffee and a hot peppermint tea. Both were perfect. We have never had a negative experience.

Great location! I went searching for some fantasy books, and they have a wide variety in that category! The staff was also very helpful when asked for direction to items in the store.

I just love this branch of Barnes & Noble. As an Australian Author I held my meet and greet the author/book signing event here. The staff are always helpful kind and courteous. With Starbucks tucked away inside serving cold drinks with a friendly smile along with upbeat banter they help “make the store five star”.

Huge store with a variety of everything from kids to adults. The people are friendly and check out is fast considering how busy they usually are.

Amazing Barnes & Noble location with plenty of selection for 📚books, toys, games, magazines, music, and more. As with many of these stores they also have a cafe with Starbucks ☕ coffee, snacks and treats. They do have a ♿ handicap accessible restroom, parking, and entrances. Love their rewards program to save you up to 20 or 30% on your products.

The only reason I give 5 star for Sydney she is working by her self and still serving customer with smile please hire more employees and get her some help she deserves raise.

If you enjoy coffee and books, this place is good. Of course there are better coffees than Starbucks out there but this will do. We enjoy going to B&N with our kids. We look at their toy selections and books often. We spend at least an hr there each time we go. Our kids get to choose a toy and books.

My husband and I have only lived in Mt Pleasant for about a month and have already gotten to know this B&N very well!!! We've probably visited 4 or 5 times!!! I love it here. It's nicer than the one we loved to go to back in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and I'm happy to rate it the 5 stars it deserves!

Really nice store with great selection of books and magazines

Employee Pam has exceptional customer service. I spoke with her a day before the book signing at this location. She placed the books on hold for me, asked about my travel from Columbia to Mt. Pleasant. She also gave me suggestions of restaurants in the area. This is what you call top notch, going beyond and exceptional service. She cared and showed me compassion.

The store was clean and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. I found everything I was looking for.

This Barnes and Noble is so clean and organized. I loved their Christian section. I bought a Moleskine journal and a book by John and Stasi Eldredge. They also had a TD Jakes book and a Kayleigh McEnany book that I might get later. This Barnes and Noble store seemed nicer than the ones up in the Upcountry where I live.

Very nice book store. Clean and nicely laid out. Plenty of places to sit in the snack bar which has great drinks and pastries.

I had an excellent time at this Barnes and Noble. My fiance and I came here on a fine and lovely evening to do some work together. While we were there, I was blown away by the professionalism and class demonstrated by the Barnes and Noble staff.

I will begin with the moment I walked into the door. It was a typical hot and muggy Charleston day. My fiance had just pulled up in her white Nissan Altima. I was waiting for her, and not even the $300 sunglasses I was wearing could hide the excitement I had to see her in front of me. We walked into the store, and I immediately noticed that the air conditioning was perfectly functional. It was a hot day outside but it was PERFECT in the store.

I sat down in the Starbucks and proceeded to eat the best Spinach and Feta pretzel I had ever had in my life. My fiance agreed with me. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent as well so I could stream "Kawhi Leonard Full MVP Series Highlights vs Warriors | 2019 NBA Finals" on YouTube WHILE doing my work. All of my needs were met. Later, I needed a sheet of paper for a sketch of a diagram and the gentleman at the front desk gladly handed me one. You can imagine my excitement when he gave me the missing tool to finish my work!

I will gladly be back at this Barnes and Noble. 5/5 stars.

EDIT: My fiance actually just informed me the sunglasses were $429.99.

I love reading and my son loves anything anime, so they have a great selection of what I like and what he likes. We can stay in for hours!! However, I did call in to ask a question and the person seemed like they had an attitude and laughed at my question.

This store is awesome. They have a great selection of books and the staff is very helpful.

I watched a ‘customer’ have an absolute meltdown because she couldn’t double dip on a discount. The female employee on the receiving end of this was doing everything in her power to fix the situation. She was kind, kept her composure and offered a different discount to try and make the very unpleasant person in front of her happy. Thankfully, the loud and disrespectful woman finally finished berating the poor employee and left (but not before threatening to post a negative review of her). I was next in line and the employee felt so bad about the situation. Half the store overheard the tantrum so she asked me if I thought there was anything else she could have done to satisfy the woman. I told her she was exceptionally patient and I commended her. My only feedback was that I wouldn’t have kept talking, I would have gotten her out of the store sooner. I truly admire that woman for maintaining her customer focus and pleasant attitude after being subjected to something so vile. I just hope this review cancels out the negative one that is sure to be coming soon.
