I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot in Mount Pleasant! Ginny in customer service was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor made my visit enjoyable. I highly recommend Home Depot, especially with excellent staff like Ginny.

Sales associate was helpful and offered great knowledge about my new appliance purchase making my selection easier.

I had a fantastic experience with this locations rental department. When I had a flat on my motorbike they tried to help me in every way they could, and ultimately rented me a truck to take it to a shop before they closed. Thanks to all three gentleman working in that department yesterday afternoon for helping me get to work tomorrow. Looking forward to my next trip to Home Depot!

Very nice store and staff that actually have the care to help you. I used to like Lowe’s but the employees couldn’t be bothered at Lowe’s. Home Depot is more expensive but the care makes it worth it.

Alan in the appliance sales department provided excellent customer service! He was patient with my many questions when shopping for a new washer/dryer and was very helpful!

This lady built this by hand! She even made tiny air conditioners and they sit up in the attic! Pretty realistic. If you go in and see her she will give a discrpition about the model and basically everything in a home that Home Depot can help you with!

I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received from the team at this Mount Pleasant Home Depot! I purchased a microwave and range from this location back in 2019. As always, I also purchased the Protection Plan. Recently, an issue arose with the light on the microwave. The initial call to file a claim did not go smoothly as I wound up speaking with the manufacturer instead of Home Depot. The result with that exchange is a service tech that came ill prepared to fix the actual problem, and I was out of $125. Oh, and better yet, my microwave light still wasn't fixed. I physically went to Home Depot and dealt with professional, helpful people. The young lady at the customer service desk, I am so sorry I didn't get her name, assisted me as much as she could before getting a manager, Melissa. Melissa patiently listened to me and sent an email to the Protection Plan team, copying me on the email. I received a response that same day from Joahanna! All I wanted was the $125 back, and what I received was a refund check for the purchase price of the microwave! :) That was above and beyond my expectations! I am so thankful for the amazing customer service, and I highly recommend purchasing their Protection Plans. Thank you to all that assisted me!

I wanted to buy a certain type of tomato plant and had been to several places with no luck in finding it. I stopped at the Home Depot in Mt Pleasant, and they were also out of stock. That's when Carolyn Black came to the rescue. She took my number and said she would call me if some came in, and two days later I got the call from her letting me know that a few of them arrived. Thank you for your great customer service.

Very good service!! Harrison went out of his way to help carry heavy carts & run around the store to grab things out of different isles. He had a positive attitude the whole entire time. Best service I’ve really ever had. I was very impressed and will be shopping more at that specific Home Depot because of it!

It's a solid Home Depot. The store is laid out nicely and the whole place seems pretty clean. The staff is always helpful and considerate. They've never been rude to me, which I appreciate. I am always able to get in and out of here quickly. It's definitely worth stopping by, if you need to.

Employee Sheryl (stationed at the self checkout area) was very patient and helpful today in explaining the process for using an in-store Home Depot gift card. She saw us standing by the customer service area with that lost look and she immediately came to our aid with assistance. After our shopping was complete, she assisted us with the self check. The system was not processing our gift card. She determined the unit was offline and immediately moved us to another machine. We would have been extremely frustrated had it not been for her. Instead our experience was very pleasant and left Home Depot with a smile on our faces. Thank you, Sheryl, for your excellent customer service, professionalism and kind demeanor. You are an asset to Home Depot.

This store is really great. I’m here 5-6 times a week for my job. Every time I’ve been there, everyone is helpful and are never too busy to help. Thanks Home Depot or making my life easy.
