I bought Sony Bravia OLED television for my birthday. The picture quality blows me away. It's the best television that I have ever bought. I had previously a Samsung television. The details of color, facial details and sound is no comparison. Sony is better. My wife says that the pictures are crystal clear.

I had an insurance question for my son's Mac Book, and they helped me quickly with detailed information. I wanted to know if it was cheaper to go through them or Apple. They gave me an honest answer and explained the reason why.

Amazing and by far my favorite Best Buy. I was in urgent need of a cable required for my ultrasound machine, it was a difficult task since they don’t carry those products but they never gave up! One gentleman took his time and tried his best to help, he got help from someone else who also tried just as hard, who then asked someone else’s opinion and then they led me to another man and it didn’t take long before all 4 gentleman were able to figure out a solution for me. I really really appreciate the help, the energy, the service. #1 for me! So glad they carried what I needed. Couldn’t have done my mobile ultrasound session without them.

Ordered a new fridge, got some upgraded speakers for my truck, and picked up a game. The staff had me all rung up, answered my questions, and had me on my way in under an hour. Fantastic service at the Orland Park location!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Best Buy, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than willing to assist me.

Bestbuy employee helped me buy 3 brand new iPhone 14 promax and guided me through every step of the way.

The checkout process was smooth, and the cashier was friendly and efficient.

Overall, my visit to Best Buy was nust beyond amazing. The combination of a wide product range with up to 550 dollars off laptops, computers is amazing for deal savers like me.

I went to the store early so that I could get In-N-Out.
I purchased another iPhone charger.
The lady in the store helped me to find a braided cord. My teenager said this was better than the original cord because the regular cord always bends and gets a short in it.

Purchased a new TCL 65" Roku tv and it fits perfectly over our mantle in the family room. Great picture and super easy to get started.
Only problem is it came with a 36" power cord. Much to short to be functional. Besides that I highly recommend this TV. And with my rewards from my Best Buy Visa card it only cost me half what it would have cost.
Ordered through my App and Best Buy loaded it in my truck. Super efficient.

went to purchase a TV under the new conditions brought about by corona and the recent outbreaks of looting. the store was closed for a few days then reopened under appointment only status. making an appointment online was quick and easy, great communication/follow up, was advised prior to my appointment by phone that the inventory was limited due to looting concerns. arrived early, was allowed in, brought my own mandatory mask. accompanied by personal assistant to home entertainment section and found a limited selection but one of items available was precisely what I was looking for, a 32" smart TV. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. the store was empty and the three or four employees I saw were courteous and efficient if not a bit preoccupied. all in all a good experience. what a world we're living in.

Had a great experience at this Best Buy location thanks to Ivan in the cell phone department. Despite an issue with their system (which was overloaded due to holidays) he did his very best and was so kind throughout. I hadn't been inside Best Buy in years — I do almost all my shopping online these days. But this interaction reminded me why it's often worthwhile to shop in person and speak with a human.

Both the salesman and the Geek Squad man were helpful and walked me through the sale and transfer of data. Every question I had was answered completely and with professional courtesy while at the same time being friendly and accommodating.
