Oscar and the visiting Google contractor Tommy were very helpful. They helped me copy my data and apps from my very old Pixel to a new Pixel 8, and helped to get it activated and working right in the store. It took a while, but this was much better than trying to order online and do it myself.

This review for Kirsten is long overdue. I came in with my dad's old flip phone that had choppy reception. In spite of it being an outdated phone, Kirsten suggested several solutions to get that phone to work better, and several alternative phones that would be easier to use for the elderly. She was friendly, patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly to me and my mom. We were really happy to have gotten help from her! Thank you, Kirsten!!!

Go to this Verizon store and not the other one close by. We had a phone to return for trade in and they took it, under 2 minutes. The other store always wants an appointment and can never give you the time of day. It’s less crowded closer to opening time on weekends.

Hello, today I went to the Blossom Hill store to pay my bill and Manny greeted me and was very happy & professional in handling my payment and also reminded me I was due for an upgrade on my phone. I had trouble with my iPhone 13 mini, screen completely black. I brought it in and Albert fixed it within 30 seconds. Thank you I appreciate it a lot

I couldn't be more pleased with the assistance that I received from this location. Edward Downs was beyond helpful, very clear and concise and his coworkers were beyond helpful too. He's a mellow guy but knows how things work and conveys them to his clients well. I'll only be using this location moving forward for my Verizon needs. Thanks guys!!

I've been to this store only twice in the past 4 months. The first time was to get a cell phone plan for my grandfather. The gentleman who helped out did not try to over sell us or rip off my granpa. He let us know the cheapest plan available and even got my grandpa a brand new phone for $30 that was easier for him to use. After that I knew had to switch from sprint to here. I came in late about 15 minutes from closing the next time and they were nothing but helpful. I waited for about 20 minutes or so then when I was helped it took only 10 minutes for me to switch to verizon and get myself the note 5 I've never had such good customer service love this store and am probably switching to their Internet plan as well.

I've been to several phone stores in the last year, and this one is one of the best. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. It's one of the Main Offices in the area, so standards are higher since they are training new employees.

I pay bill phone... i have a reason that stuffs batteries mircphone both black and red gave back... verizon already sent back to my debit for few 14 days like refund back money... i will wait check on my bank for 14 days... it is nice customer are friendly...
