We’ve been coming to this gamestop for years and years and really haven’t ever had any issues. With that said, we just went about an hour ago and dealt with Katie and I have never had a better customer service experience in my life. She was so friendly, super knowledgeable and actually made us MORE excited about the things we came in for. Highly recommend this location!!

Outstanding. An absolute pleasure. Matt couldn't have been more patient and helpful. Talk about going above and beyond. Can't thank him enough. I will continue to shop at this location BECAUSE of Matt.

This store is awesome. It's huge. Lots of collectibles as well as all the game gear you could ask for.

i love this particular store and everyone in it but i have a gripe. i couldn't get a ps5 OR xbox series x preordered because although i'm on the mailing list, I got NOTHING, AND the credit card for gamestop doesnt even work on the website according to IT and customer service, so I couldnt have even used it. it's annoying when the store opens earlier than what the hours say on the website and I can't get my preorders cuz there's no communication. more gamestops problem than this store, but still a little ridiculous. this is what drives me towards best buy for certain things.

Brought our xbox one into the store because we were told by another location tha the whole system was broken. I explained the situation the the guy there and he took a look at it all for us turned out the xbox one was fine it was just the brick. The quality of the guy working with us was great not only was his customer service excellent but he did not try to tell us lies just to make a big sale like the other store did I will drive out of the way next time we need something I will not step foot in the gamestop in the capital city mall again.

Nice clean shop. Employee was nice to me and my 6yr old son..a lot more memorabilia than last time we were there. My kid loved looking at it all

We only go to this game stop because they always provide excellent customer service, above and beyond.

I wish I knew the guy's name that was working the day I took my grandson in because he was so nice and helpful. Wish there were more like him.

10/10 for Sean! Going above and beyond to fix an error with a sale due to a computer listing error. Been a customer at gamestop for 10+ years and never had an experience to open google and leave a reveiw about but this guy here is a MVP. Thanks for helping me out man! Putting this kid to bed and gonna bactually be able to play after a year!

Grant is the best store owner I've ever met and treats all his customers well and always helps you with whatever you need I love this game stop it's the only one I really go too

I love this gamestop everyone there is super nice very knowledgeable and willing to help the store is always clean and easy to shop plus this one has alot of stuff the others don't if you shop here you won't want to shop anywhere else great customer service.

They didnt have the controller I needed but found it at a nearby GameStop, called them and had them hold it for me. Very appreciative of their staff for thinking if customers like this.

Went in here to try and get a PS4 bundle we had seen on the website, and to our amazement they actually had it in stock. The customer service that we received from Matt was above and beyond. We still haven't received everything yet, just one game but it's also only been 3 days and it's coming by mail.

Love the staff!!!! Every time we go in, they are never to busy to give us help with anything!!!

Great store. Everything placed perfectly. Games are in alphabetical order to make the right one easier to find.

Everyone is always so friendly and they carry some cool collectible toys.

I didn't get the names of my associates, but they were some of the most kind I've ever had the courtesy of having as a cashier.
